Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bangor

We live a ways out of town, but this location is close to both my wife's, and my work. We normally did Old Town's location without issue, and because it's a bit closer to home. My wife placed an online order shortly before she had to get out of work. (About 530pm) 30 minutes roughly for completion. No biggie. She runs an errand, doesnt get there until a few minutes before 6pm, she went in to check on the order, and the guy at the register hasnt even started our order. Ours, and along with several other slips, were still dangling off the receipt printer. He said itd be at least another 30 minutes. I've been at home with our child, and were going to have Dominos for dinner. I'm thankful we have a back up plan because waiting over an hour for pizza is kind of rediculous. It would have been a understandable if they were busy, but from what my wife could see, they werent rushing, they just blatantly "forgot" to check online orders. Wont be ordering from here again. i don't usually leave reviews unless they are stellar or awful. A couple of days ago, I placed a pickup order and there was no sauce on my pizza. Now, to be fair, the first thing you see when you look at the order is no robust-inspired tomato sauce. If someone new or looking at that order quickly saw it, they may think I wanted no sauce, but after all the toppings, I added extra parmesan-garlic sauce. I've ordered from this location several times since getting here from work last month and have never had a negative experience. I called and talked to the manager, Tiffany and she was receptive to my complaint. I truly only called so they were aware, not looking to get a discount or anything. Tiffany told me she would give me a $10 credit on my next order which she came through on. Not only was there sauce on the pizza but there was extra drizzle on top as a nod to let me know my complaint was truly heard and resolved. The first time I ordered here my food came over an hour later than the tracker told me. My pizza arrived cold and all of the square thin crust cuts had been thrown over to one side of the box. When I called to make a complaint they told me the the food was late because they didn’t have any drivers, they offered to make me a new pizza but o had to drive there to get it defeating the purpose of me paying delivery fees. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and it ordered again yesterday, this time my pizza came 30 minutes later than the estimated time still cold and with the wrong toppings. When I called to complain again they verified the toppings I was supposed to have and said they would send me a new one. The new pizza never arrived. I’ve decided never to order Dominos again. The lack of management is terrible, I believe this is due to the entire staff being, no offense, “young adults”.
