The only reason I rated one star is for it to reflect on the service I just had at the mall Taco Bell. As me and my Fiancé are previous employees of Taco Bell. We know portioning. I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch delux box all beef and cheese only. After shorting me in portion on both my Doritos locos tacos and my crunch and my fiancé asking them to fix it. We got the explanation of them breaking everything down and using the black bean scoop for portions of the beef. We didn’t care as long as they fixed it. We then made a second additional trip to the window for incorrect portion of cheese on my burrito. Showing them that wasn’t properly portioned with cheese. The gentleman whom I can only assume was on the line walks around for a sec and debates on walking over and opening the window. He finally walks over and informs us of the portions that are supposed to go on the burrito. This is after he made a point to make sure we were the same customers that just came through. After showing him the burrito. We got the window slammed in our face and a while later was handed some cheese In a cup which I didn’t even trust to eat for the fear he had spit in it or worse. I have never made a google review before until this moment if that says anything about how unpleasant, unprofessional, unkind, and disrespectful this visit to the mall Taco Bell was. I saved my burrito and cup of cheese to bring in tomorrow. It’s very upsetting getting this kind of service at the only Taco Bell that we will go to late at night because of the simple fact. Read moreToday has done it for me coming into the Barboursville, West Virginia Taco Bell. I’ve had issues with them in the past and I come to this one only because it’s close to my house. But after today sitting in drive-through for 30 minutes plus as I’m doing this review I have looked at the back of this Dodge journey sitting at the speaker for at least 10 minutes. The line is backed up all the way to the road, the whole set up of the parking lot is a mess people that go inside and eat can’t even get out because of the long line. And it’s not because they’re busy because nobody is even inside besides one car. It’s because these employees think that they need to stand around playing on their phones instead of doing their job I know that this will be the last time I ever come to this Taco Bell because it was just two days ago that I dealt with the same thing, but I decided to go inside and got myself stuck in the parking lot because I couldn’t get out because the line yet again was backed up...

I ordered a large double Barry freeze and the wrap that I ordered I had the option available to swap the beef with chicken so I did and I paid and
they literally had to ask me what size drink I had and I waited for over 5 minutes just to find out they didn't have the blue raspberry freeze that went into the double berry freeze that I ordered. And as I was distracted trying to watch and figure out what was happening with my drink that was MIA, I ate a few bites of my wrap before realizing that it still has beef instead of chicken!!!
