I think that my nickname as of now is a personal crafter hoarder I don’t know quite what that means but I’m proud of the current diagnosis. I love Michaels. They have so much to offer, and when they start doing a craft such as miniatures, you know they may not offer but a few things, but what they do offer is great as far as quality just like everything else there. I shopped in Michaels for all of my crafts anywhere from making soap to acrylic painting, as well as tech and quilting. They have all the offerings I need and I can get it in just a minute or delivered to my home now because of that, they are a little bit more expensive, but remember that you’re getting it in your hand that second and not waiting a week or two weeks for something being shipped...

I had 2 coupons and I told the cashier when I got to the register and asked if I could use them both and she said let me see, she scan them and said they worked then when she told me the total, it was more than I had expected so I asked her again about the coupons and she looked and told me they were on there so I took the receipt and left when I got to the car I looked and it had only applied one of the coupons the cheapest one I was mad so I didn't go back in. I'm in the rewards program to save money and I could have checked out twice if she would have let me know the truth about the coupon. They never ask you your phone number or give you time to type it in before checking you out. I get 10 % off on that. You need people working that cares about...

I had to make a order at multiple stores to get the quanity I needed for a project only to find out they only had one of the tumblers in stock at the barboursville location when I arrived to pick up my order. I understand that quantities can be off sometime but they failed to let me know that before I picked it up and yet still charged me for the full order. I went back in and they said it would take a few days to go back to my account. My question is why not update basket before you charge someone's card? I haven't experienced this problem at any other store when in all honesty the whole problem could have been avoided by not putting things on...
