I bought some food it was way over priced 10.23 dollars for 4 value menu items and portions were not acceptable.then I sent a complaint and I filled out a servey to get a cheese quesadilla. When I went the lobby was closed and locked by 6:30 and the manager was outside smoking and on the phone.the quesadilla I had received was very thin and it was way undercooked the cheese wasn't even melted!I then again came back around and justified the mistake. then the new employee asked for it back after I had taken a bite out of one of for pieces.then in one minute got a hot quesadilla but not a new one this one was almost burnt and only had 3 pieces! I called and the manager said to the employees I said they stole a piece. I didn't accuse anybody of that. I was just saying that they recooked the old one.and she said she watched them make it in a tone!in all reality she was smoking and on the phone when this occured. I have worked in the food industry as a critic and executive chef for over 15 years and know that it violates health department and FDA regulations to accept tampered food back into the kitchen! When I called in to speak with the manager, the phone rang multiple times until a fax picked up. When I called back in and spoke with a person calling themselves a manager, and I say that because a real manager would have enough sense to listen to a customer complaint, we were disconnected. When I attempted to call back in they no longer picked up the phone, they allowed it to roll over to the fax machine. So I faxed over a brief letter stating that I would be calling during the day when the General Manager would be available. I showed up at 10am (they open at 9am) and the doors are locked and the drive through is the only thing open. Joke is on me, I have a 11’ tall vehicle and don’t fit. I explain this to them, through the drive through window they asked me to walk to, and they explain they won’t open the lobby because they are short staffed. I counted no less than 7 people inside not doing a single thing because there was no one in the parking lot or drive through. I then had to order while walking the drive through.
