I had a really disappointing experience at this place. On an extremely hot day when I stopped in with my baby, hoping to enjoy a good pizza. As soon as I walked in, I greeted the woman at the register with a friendly “hello,” but she didn’t even acknowledge me. I let her know it was my first time there and mentioned I was a little overwhelmed and confused about the menu, still completely ignored me. When I asked what types of drinks they had, she said, “I don’t know, there’s some over here and over there,” without even bothering to point or give any helpful information.(I don’t remember her name but she was wearing glasses & had dark brown hair). She was extremely disrespectful and dismissive from the start! Let me first tell you.....the people here are ROCKSTARS!!!! First just being open at a time when lots of people needed them!! I placed my order thru the app and had to call and update something on my profile. The guy that answered didn't seem flustered or in a rush, but you could hear the sound of people saving Texans in the background!! Back to the young guy on the phone, I believe his name was Chris?(my apologies if thats not right) that guy sounded like someone that genuinely was having a great time being a part of team! He let me know approximately how long it was going to be. I got there a little earlier than what he had told me but within the time I was given and it looked like what a well oiled machine would look like on the inside!! Such a shame!!! I really like this pizza but the last two times I’ve ordered delivery it has taken over two hours. When I called tonight they said I did not answer my door which was a lie because my door has been open with a glass screen door. I also have dogs that would have let me know if someone was at the door!!! I had been waiting with a clear view of the door so I know for a fact nobody ever came to my door. Not to mention they have my phone # and could have called if he was lost or is someone actually did not come to the door.
