It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

With them it’s either a hit or miss. The wings might be good or they might be bad. lately, honestly they’ve been bad every time i order from them. they barely give you any fries, wings are small and it’s always cold. i don’t know what’s been going on with them lately but they need to get it together because when I first started getting their wings a couple of months ago everything was good (food would be hot, they would give a lot of fries, just good quality in general) which is what made me keep going back because I felt like I was getting what I was paying for. Lately that has definitely not been the case, probably won’t order from them again because I haven’t been getting what I’ve been paying for. If you order from them, I would recommend ordering through doordash just in case you have any issues with your order, because they will give you your money back with ease. If you order directly from the restaurant I’m not sure though.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I checked in at 11 23 am, no response. I checked in again at 11:34am when the website stated my order would be ready. At 11:45am I called the restaurant no one answered, I stayed on hold for 10min. Without a response. At 12:00pm I got out the car and got my own order. When I walked in it was sitting on the shelf, the young lady immediately picked it up and said oh I was just about to bring it to you. My food was Cold, my fries were hard and cold. I asked for a manager who was at the checkout and she stated oh I'm sorry we got busy! However I would like to know what does the inside have to do with pickup or curbside. The manager could have brought the food out. Or another employee. This is unacceptable. I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM WINGS OR THIS...

Cross contamination. I hate, I mean hate, buffalo sauce on my wings. I ordered honey chipotle wings, and mango habanero wings. Both orders were obviously tossed in the same bowl buffalo wings were tossed in without being cleaned between. The bigger issue is that if they cross contaminated sauces, which are easily visible. How badly are they cross contaminating raw and cooked chicken? Will never order from here again, I advise you...
