McDonald's — Restaurant in Bay City

This location is the worst in our town. I pulled up with zero line. Yet some how 3 separate cars came and went in the other lane before I was even greeted. The girl taking my order was nothing but rude. Did not listen to my order what do ever. Repeated myself 3 times, yet still got it wrong. I ordered a Big Mac meal and 2 med fries. She only rang up the meal and one fry. I get to the window to pay and ask if they got my 2 medium fries since the screen showed 1, and rudely she says yes there are two. I go to the window for my food and of course got pulled around to wait. Sit and wait over 5 minutes for them to bring my food with only 2 medium fries. Shockingly being as I asked repeatedly if they had the 2 additional fries I ordered. The girl says there are two in the bag. Since when is it so incredibly complicated to comprehend that when a person orders a MEAL that it means there is a fry included already. So when they order two medium fries following ordering the meal that means they want THREE total. Mind you there’s a line inside where I had to go in and wait to order the fries I had already asked for 3 times, so I had to wait while my other food I already waited for over 10 minutes for at this point was getting cold. This McDonald’s restaurant is consistently dirty and quite disgusting throughout the lobby, dining area, restrooms, parking lot not to mention the close by businesses. I don’t believe I’ve ever witnessed any employees being told to clean up the dining room tables, floors, chairs, garbage in general. Nevertheless McDonald’s is never my go to choice for food anymore. They truly have lost most of my respect and almost all of their drive and effort to provide good customer service and quality cooked food and speed of service they aren’t worth the energy to walk over there most times unless it’s for an ice cream cone or a milk shake due to it being extremely difficult to mess up an ice cream or shake unless the shake machine ends up breaking down which usually happens a lot and to make matters worse it’s about 50/50 shot whether or not you have a halfway friendly or fairly rude staff when taking orders, inquiring about orders or paying for an order. I have lost almost every bit of desire to eat and spend money here due to the lack of quality of food and lack of effort when preparing and making food and orders. Even the ordering food with no salt trick doesn’t really guarantee you a fresh cooked meal or consistency in temperature of food. I’d give them a 0 out of 5 rating but you...

Awful!! I have lived near this McDonald’s for years and every time I go to it, I regret it. I work at south Euclid McDonald’s myself and it doesn’t compare at all. The people are unfriendly when you ask for simple cook to order fries or just upset with you when you take more than a minute to order. I just went through and got pulled for an order, fries were cook to order after I argued with them and they said they couldn’t change my mobile order. Maybe not but you could still make the fries cook to order. Later on I drive home and the extra bacon that I payed for on my sandwich is just non existent. I honestly don’t know how they are still up and running, the peters should be on it but obviously they get away with it all the time. This isn’t the first time either, I order a simple Dr Pepper and it was dead at night, they gave me a Diet, a Diet. I just wanted everybody to know that if you want good food like how Mcd’s was back in the day with happy positive people and food go anywhere else...
