Went in this morning to purchase the coveted olive green "Stanley". It is something I look forward to very much each launch. Nowadays its the little things that matter. There was 1 left and I wanted to do an exchange and at first wasnt able to and so I tried adding money on my card and was also having issues with that. Feeling devastated, I thought to myself, today just isnt my day.
Then an employee by the name of Kaitlynn I believe called me by name and said she reread the policy and my exchange is valid after all. She really made the moment right and in turn made a customers day/week/month (I was truly that happy. lol.)
On top of that, after that, I stayed in the store a bit and Kaitlynn continued to work with the manager Amy to set up and stock the store properly, cleaning and adjusting as they went. And during my second transaction Mary was very pleasant and very patient with me ruffling through my change. I felt flustered because I wasnt paying as fast as i normally do but marys patience put me at ease.
I didnt leave stars for the food because I didnt purchase any food this visit but the apple croissant did look appealing. The atmosphere is always comfy, spacious, clean, and relaxing.
These workers really care about creating a great Starbucks Experience and it shows.

For those not mentioned but were present for my visit, I simply havent met you yet but I look forward to meeting you and thank you for all of your hardwork today and everyday. Keep showing up, remaining present, and making that difference. There is no job too small. Thank you for brightening customers days and continuing to do so! A little kindness and understanding makes a world of difference and goes a long way.

Read moreI was excited to see a Starbucks downtown but I placed a drive through mobile order not in store and they asked us to drive around because there were other people behind us. Wait what?!?! You want us to drive around and wait behind the two cars that just pulled in because you don’t want them to wait behind us? That’s crazy! Or we had the option to pull around and walk in which my husband did even though it was raining and guess what? Had our drinks and we’re back in the car before car #1 pulled through. Nice job dream customer service! Will NEVER be back to this one. People (myself included) pick the insanely overpriced espresso and coffee place that is known as Starbucks because they are known for consistent customer service, a great greeting and absolutely no problem attitude no matter what ridiculous drink you’re ordering. Read moreUnfortunately, I have frequented this store because of its convenience--- not it's quality. It is a very hit or MISS coffee shop. Most of the employees are okay at their drive thru window job. There have been a couple who are stellar, but sadly I never see those ones twice. This shop lacks consistency of products. I can order the same coffee drink on two consecutive days and one day it is awesome, the next day it is as bad as a badly made McCafe from McDonalds. My New Year's resolution is to stop going here and frequent the small, locally owned coffee shops that don't have drive thru's --- the places where I consistently get good coffee, but stupidly try to save time by going thru the drive thru.
