Jennifer is very friendly and likable. Explains what she is doing well but I paid ALOT of money so u should get what you pay for. My eye brows were crooked. I had to go get them redone by someone in Midland. My bottom eye liner is terrible. They don’t match. I paid more money to get that fixed but it’s exactly how it was. I have to go elsewhere to get that done now. I did like the pro cell micro channeling treatments but my last one was horrible and lasted 20 mins. She didn’t use the pro cell mask because she had none and no red light. As a business owner I feel it’s your responsibility to have it or reschedule that appointment. I do not recommend going here. Extremely disappointed!!! Will never go back. This was booked for a month for my two daughters as they were celebrating one’s birthdays that drove all the way from Monroe and this place forgot about their appointments. Yes, she ended up coming to do their bracelets but they had to wait 30 mins and she made my one daughter feel like it was her mistake on the appointment. I mean come on she had numerous confirmations about time and date. One would think she would have compensated a little something. Very unfortunate and disappointing...

I had brow microblading in August and follow up in October. My left brow is crooked. No arch to the brow, and is not brought down far enough near the nose. I called to have it corrected. She was going to charge the $150 follow up fee for her mistake. When I said that I did not feel that I should have to pay to correct this, there was no offer of compromise. She just said that she would cancel the appointment. She has no care for what she puts on a client's face. No care, after she has the money. I would recommend that no one...
