Wingstop — Restaurant in Bayonne

This is the worst Wingstop I’ve ever had. I ordered chicken tenders that were drenched in excess cooking oil. I had to use a half a roll of paper towels to degrease them. I also had the Cajun corn and mixed in with and on the top of my corn was a bunch of jet black french fry tips. I’ve never experienced that before I was flabbergasted. I also had veggie chips that looked like they were cut by a toddler, nothing about them was uniform. And all of my dressings were watery, I had 4 and they were as thin as water. The Door Dasher also stole a portion of my order and insulted me when I asked him where my items were. The store manager was completely un-effected by any issue I had. So was one of the employees I spoke to. This is Bayonne and that is not the culture of our eateries/restaurant/take outs.

They’re not going to last here with that type of service. I’m already set to never eating there again because they’re giving off disgusting…as well as food safety and preparation issues.

I absolutely hate this location. I have tried Wingstop twice and both times I’ve waited more than 30+ mins. The cashier tells you it’s 10-15 mins and they’re always wrong. The location is not managed well and I seriously would love to hear from the franchise owner that owns this location because there are definitely some improvements needed in terms of training, how to process orders, how to manage online orders vs. in person orders etc. Straight up dysfunctional. And to end it here your Hot Honey Wings on Tuesday, June 18th that I ordered made me sick. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the regional manager about it but HQ is just as unorganized as the actual onsite… how can that be.
