When I tried to go early in the morning they always tell me systems are down or people didn't show up. They never have the food right even if you do it on the app specifically how you want it and yes we know we're paying for it. How is it that you get paid to do a job and think it's okay to rip people off so much that as a customer who comes in as often as i do they get ripped off every single time from their hard- earned money? They also don't take it into account that it cost gas money to return when they mess up and then like yesterday when I decide before taking off to check my order because Lord knows I paid for and not only do they mess up they are mean, the moment that I start looking at what I bought the manager rips open the window and asked me if there's something wrong. She did it in a way of being rude. And I told her I'm always going to check what I buy. She goes okay I understand that because I am the new manager and the last one was very bad. Then she tries to be nice now that she is the manager when I know it's you who is disgustingly mean. Maybe she doesn't recognize me because I don't get them money due to their customer service and I have multiple cars. I could be like other people and call racism because I don't know what's going on and it keeps happening to me each time but instead I'm going to take it for what it actually is and this Taco Bell will always be out of control. Good luck with the Inland Empire having good customer service it's like asking...
Read moreMy truck is too tall and big to fit thru the Drive through at Taco Bell. We walked inside the establishment and attempted to place a order with the 3 servers standing at the front. Mind you not one vehicle was in the drive through nor anyone in the restaurant. The manger would NOT physically take our orders and stated to go thru the drive thought or us the tablet at the front. That was the only way she would take our orders. I'm not comfortable with using their dirty tablet and she said either us the tablet us the drive through or go else where but she wouldn't take our order at the register and walked away. She turned her back and let my family state there for 5 minutes not serving us. Finally Sarah the 3 server walked out from the counter and helped place the order on their tablet and she apologized for her managers rude behavior. The manger needs to be spoken to by her supervisor and should not be consider a manager. Thank you Sarah for your help and sorry you have to work at this horribly managed...
Read moreHaving worked for Taco Bell for over 3 years, I know what to expect from them. My visit to the Beaumont store was a complete shock. First of all when I entered the store the employees were very loud and using vulgar language. Luckily for them there was no one in the dining area. I was directed to the Kiosk area to order my food. ( new concept? ) Not a fan considering it takes away that one on one interaction with people. While I was waiting for my food I was watching how the employees ran their show. I was quite disappointed. Four workers that I could see with no one in dining area and 1-2 cars in drive and they couldn't even keep the place clean. On top of that they all at one point took out their iphones and proceeded to use them during business hours. What a disgrace! I did get my food and it was good, that's not the issue. The issue is with how they reflect bad work ethics and think its ok. Whoever was the shift manager that night...
