Please note this is a negative review based on one specific order (#44839209) & may not reflect the whole chain. I placed an online takeout order for about $23 using the app. We picked up the order from the store, the bag was completely sealed. However, when we got home, we were charged but missing two biscuits and one mashed potatoes with gravy. My wife called the restaurant and talked to the store manager. His offer was to pickup the missing items from the store but he couldn't remit our money (for the missing items). He said we should call the online number, the same way I had placed the order. We did so. My wife was able to talk to the KFC customer service (about 10 mins of hold) who finally returned us $5.57, cost of the missing food. Well, I think the old ways of keeping the customer happy are gone. The remittance for the missing food was the minimum thing KFC could do but as a customer, it wasn't sufficient. But in a world where you must always check your bag at the drive-thru to make sure your order is correct, they got my almost $50, mixed Long John Silvers and KFC order exactly correct! Pleasant surprise! The drive-thru workers were extremely polite and personable. Unfortunately, when I got everything home, I discovered the diet Pepsi had run low on syrup, and tasted like carbon water, yuck! But the food was great, every bit of it! So aside from that and the lack of an outer sign, yes, I will be returning to this restaurant! I'm just now seeing the orange swirl float and Reeces Polar Swirl on the menu, I didn't see that at the drive-thru, or I'd have tried that too! I can't wait to try...
Read moreI ordered a fish and shrimp dinner when I got home I did not have the piece of fish so I called back to tell them that once again because this is the second time this has happened …the first time they gave me chicken instead of fish .. This time they hadn’t put the fish in the box. The manager was extremely rude basically called me a liar and said he knew the fish was in there and he was going to get the girl on the phone who it put it in there. She apologize profusely realizing that the fish was not in the box and she was very kind. But the manager was so rude and offensive and no customer should be treated that way.
