Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Beaverton

Went in with my order figured out on the app. Placed the order, then realized they charged me more, $5.00, then the app price. I asked for a refund but they argued I must have a discount applied or did it with a different store. I showed them this was not the case and they finally refunded the $5.00 However once home and we cooked the food, the 3 items were a pizza and two calzones. One of the calzones made my daughter violently I'll after only 3 bites. She reported a exceptionally strong sour taste like a disinfectant. She spent an hour in the bathroom throwing up, we almost called an ambulance. I immediately contacted the store and spoke to the maker, who was also the cashier who was not happy doing a refund, and the "owner". The owner was very defensive and accused my kids, both adults, of "Coming in there all the time and causing trouble." In over 5 years we had been to that location maybe 3 times so obviously he was making an excuse to ignore my complaint. He refused any suggestions his employee had obviously tainted the last items made. I contacted local and state health officials and reported the incident. Investigation...

I order Papa Murphy’s every Friday. I tend to change my pick up location based on the errands I need to run that day. I always order ahead of time. I placed my order just after 12pm and set the pick up time for 3pm. As I was running behind in schedule, I ended up arriving just after 4pm. I assumed it would be waiting for me like it always is. But they didn’t even have it made yet. They were scrambling to complete it as I stood there with all the other walk-in customers. What is the point of online orders if the pizza is still going to be made when you get there? This location is the most staffed yet slowest, poorest experience I’ve had. Workers were flustered but were still kind which I can appreciate. We love papa Murphy’s so I plan on ordering again just not from this location. The pizza was good but all of our pizzas bubbled...

It's been two years since I last visited here. Now I remember why. Ordered pick-up. Was not greeted or thanked. Caesar Chicken salad was horribly prepared: no pepper, croutons, or dressing. Hearts of Romaine was green leaf of who knows what. I had to go back to a store to purchase dressing and croutons. Romaine and Croutons should not even be negotiable. 'Nor the dressing. I had to go back to a store and pick up dressing and croutons. Also added cheese to my pizza...if I'd have had extra pizza sauce, I would have added that as well. Total rip-off.
