Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Bedford

I have always enjoyed my visits to Andy's, but my recent experience at this location left me feeling a bit disappointed. I ordered a Biscoff shake with pecans added, and when it was handed to me, I noticed that the cup wasn't completely filled with ice cream. I asked the staff member, "Where is the rest of my dessert?" He explained that the cup was larger than usual, which is why it wasn't full.

If that's the case, I think it would really enhance the presentation if the shake were topped off with some whipped cream to create the illusion of a fuller cup. If I could leave a zero I would. This new location with its new employees is trash. Every time I have been to Andy’s they happily serve you until closing time. When I arrived at this Andy’s location 15 minutes before closing there was a line of about 3 cars with me being the 4th. The employee came out and took the employee of the car in front of me and went inside without taking my order. They waited until the car in front of me received their order and I was still not serviced until I pulled up to the window. Once at the window I was told that since I decided to show up 2 minutes until closing that I wouldn’t be serviced although I was there 15 minutes before. If you don’t want to work late don’t work...

I was here last Friday night. The girl in the drive thru taking orders was super sweet! I got 4 small custards and the little blonde in the drive thru window hands me the 1st one with no top on it. I asked her if she could cover all of them and if I could get a carrier. As she hands the to me in the carrier her response was "next time tell the girl taking my order". WTH!!!! This was not something that should have been said. I don't know the order when I feel the obvious was pretty clear. I have never had crappy service like this at the Precent or Tarrant location.
