I was appalled at the poor customer service I received from the management team at this location! I visited this location for a colleagues birthday lunch. When our lunch arrived, I found a small, curly black hair on my plate. I will admit, I had already started eating when I found it but immediately stopped once I had. I spoke with the server to inform him of the incident. He asked me if I wanted a replacement entree and I declined because I had lost my appetite. Upon receiving the bill, I noticed the entree was still on there. I requested it be taken off but I agreed to pay for the appetizer and drink since I actually ate those. Maria, the assistant manager, came over to me and informed me they would not take off the meal since I had started eating it. She then proceed to mention that many of her customers have tried to get free food by placing hairs on their plate and implied that I must have done the same since the hair was black like mine. She continued by saying that all of her staff wear hats, so it's impossible that a hair could have gotten on the plate. I informed her to pull up the camera in the restaurant to see if I had indeed done so, but she just kept mentioning their policy of no free food. She even mentioned how other restaurants hadn't given her anything when she experienced issues at their locations (not sure why she felt the need to say that, but w/e). I paid the balance and then asked for the general manager's information.

I tried multiple times to get in touch with the General Manager but was given the runaround. First I was told they worked at different locations and would have to call around. The first number they gave me was disconnected. I called back to speak to Maria and she gave me a different number. I called it multiple times and left messages but never heard back.

Thank you for turning what was supposed to be a fun and joyous occasion into an horrible one. Your huge lack of guest relation skills is appalling and you should be ashamed to treat any guest the way I was treated. Update March 22, 2024 Walked in and saw a saxophone player and thought how cool is this. There were minimal people inside which was weird for a Friday evening notice that there was no help to see this. We patiently waited no problem. Within were seated by the hostess who came up and then chips and salsa was immediately put on the table by another employee. However, there were no waiters available. We noticed that the bartender was actually having to go to the tables and take the orders. We tried being patient for a while and no one ever came to take our drink order or water. I would have continued waiting patiently however I could see that the person that seated us was engaged in a personal conversation with the only one employee available to serve anyone. I was infuriated by this. I kept watching the back of her head for almost 8 minutes before telling my spouse let's get the hell out of here. Prior to leaving I approached this same individual and told her in Spanish Thank you so much for your service, we really appreciate it! And then we walked out. I have noticed a decline in service and staff over the past year or so. I came recently since my last update, whereas you can see I've had years of good history there. However my last visit wasn't good either. The food was served cold and it took a long time to get our food due to staffing issues it appeared to be or maybe we were just there in a bad night. This place used to always be very busy and you could get served very easily and quickly in the food was always consistent. Hopefully they will get it together. I will probably try them one more time and that will be it. But I'm doubting even going again! 😡

Update: when again tonight as I do every other week. Food is always good and consistent. My mango margarita was extra special tonight for some reason! Consistent quality food and good service. Busy and upbeat. There was a very short wait for a table and with so many restaurants short on staff, they accommodated us quickly. I recommend this restaurant. Went again today. Great...

I've eaten here many times when I come into town from out of state. This visit was horrible. We waited for 45 mins for a table (which was fine). However, what was not fine is that once we were seated no one came to our table. We waited 20 minutes and finally we went to the host and requested service. He was extremely apologetic and we saw him go to a few waitress and they visible told him no and walked away. No one came to our table. Mind you for all the tables in our area, there was 1 waitress to each table. Another 10 mins later (now 30 mins after being seated) we had to request service again. The Host came and apologized again. We should've of just left at this point but we were hungry. If we'd of known even the food and drinks were going to be bad we would have. Eventually we had a waitress that was a very sweet young lady who I thought she said her name was Barbara. She was apologetic for the delay. We hadn't seen her on the floor anywhere at anytime and once she took our order we didn't see her again. Drinks came (except my water) the margaritas were so gross and didn't taste anything like usual. I'd of liked to order another drink but we were never given refills or given the option to get anything else. The food was greasy, lacked flavor and was barely even warm. Noone ate much of their meal. We were all so disappointed. The Host was the only one who really tried... He was working his tale off. We saw a different waitress at every table, so it couldn't of been they were short staffed! A waitress should be able to handle more than 1 table. There were only 4 of us, which was about the same if every table there that evening. We had plenty of time to observe this while we waited! No management apologized for our experience or seemed to care. We should have just got up and left before we ever ordered, but we were hungry.
