Worst delivery service I have ever received! The pizza tracker showed my pizza was being inspected for 55 minutes! When it went out for delivery, it took another hour! Pizza was cold and dry! Chicken was gummy! Called back and girl on the phone had an attitude, told me the remake will take another 2 hours and they cant give me store credit. That was 2 hours ago! Absolutely awful!! The worst!....First time ordering this location and never again
Update: 2 1/2 hours later and I did not receive the remake. I called to cancel and ask for a refund(cash). The manager told me I can only get my money back while he is in store. I work 7 days a week and get off at 10pm, I was unable to make it before he 8 like he said. I insisted he leave the money with one of his night employees. We went back forth arguing and he hung up on me. I called back and he yelled that he was going to call the police on me. I called corporate and they advised me it is a franchise store and they would send my complaint to the owner.
About a week later I got call from the store. I didn't answer because I was working but they didn't leave a VM. I called back and the person on the line placed me on hold to get asst. Manager, for about 4-5 minutes. He came back on the phone and told me the assistant manager cannot get on the phone because they are too busy....sigh.
I gave up I no longer care about my $20, they can keep it. I use to wonder why the company I work never orders Dominoes, it's usually papa John or P .Hut. I no longer wonder. Hope other customers have better experience.
UPDATE: MONTHS LATER AND OWNER CANT EVEN RESPOND TO MY REVIEW LOL....THIS STORE, EMPLOYEES, MANAGEMENT, AND OWNERSHIP...
Read moreOn my latest visit to Domino's Pizza for a curbside pickup, the service hit a minor snag with a five-minute wait, despite the promise of immediate attention upon notifying them of my arrival. However, keeping things in perspective, the establishment generally offers commendable service, and occasional waits don't dampen my overall positive view.
Observing the store's dynamics, I've noted the manager's high-pressure style, often vocally pushing staff to accelerate their pace. It strikes me as counterproductive at times, particularly when the pizza maker, already hustling to fulfill orders, bears the brunt of the pressure. In moments like these, I can't help but think a more hands-on approach from the manager with customer service might be more beneficial than focusing solely on the staff's speed.
Despite the occasional managerial tension, my experiences at Domino's Pizza have been predominantly good, and I still consider it a solid choice for anyone in the mood for a quick pizza fix. Remember, even the slickest operations can drop the ball...
Read moreLast 4 times ive ordered there was an issue Had to change my review it is no longer the case, they constantly forget the Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo pizza and if youve ever heard of a hot mess pizza they will give you one in a heartbeat. The hot mess is thier opportunity to clean the table of all the toppings theyve dropped over the course of the night and when you order any supreme type pizza thats what you get. My extravaganza pizza had philly meat but it was hard as arock assuming its been there for awhile and it wasn't just one piece either i couldnt even bite through it. Its foul and just reflects the foul person who made it and i shouldve known by the looks of her what to expect there were jalepenos that i didn't order also. Continue reading for my original review and not sure what happened but its the same people. So fire, of course there's an issue occasionally but this location has hardly ever disappointed in the last 4 years. We're only human and a forgotten sauce or topping isn't enough to down this location. On point...
