Fazoli's — Restaurant in Beech Grove

Fazoli's is one of our go-tos for "fast good" I hate calling them fast food because they are so much more than that label. Nonetheless, I went there last night around 730 pm. They were packed! I didn't realize that FFA was in town until I sat in line not moving for about 10 mins. I noticed a large van about 5 cars ahead get 4 bags of food. And each car after that. The wait was a little longer than normal, but I knew it wasn't the crews fault as this is the only location we have gone to for the past 10 years. When i got to the window the staff was very nice and and patient. They didn't seem annoyed or overwhelmed. They even still all had smiles. They apologized about the wait. Because of there professionalism and great attitudes, I had to come leave a review. I was very impressed about how they handled the very large crowds. The manager Missy even came to the window and apologized since she realized my order was just a small alfredo and cheese cake. She was so nice! Thank you Fazolis! And by the way even after the long wait my food was still hot and fresh when i got to a friend's house 20 minutes...

My employees and myself have occasionally come here for lunch over the past few years. Our most recent experience on Saturday 2/20/21 was by far the best. Our experience is always good but this last time was so good that I am taking the time to right a review. The customer service was great even with a busy line at the counter. While we dined inside the service was excellent and the food was better than you'd expect. The gentleman named Jerome came by our table and asked if we needed anything and provided us with the best customer service I think I've ever experienced from a fast food employee. As a small business owner myself I know how hard it is to find employees that take pride in their work and customer relations. I don't know what Jerome makes working here but I can assure you it's probably not enough. To the owners and/or management of this establishment I find it imperative that you reward Jerome for his hard work. We look forward to returning here for another great experience that will probably never live up...

I recently dined at Fazoli’s, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and warm. The highlight of my visit, however, was an outstanding employee named Dexter.

Dexter greeted me with a genuine smile and an infectious enthusiasm that made me feel right at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations that suited my taste perfectly. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor transformed an ordinary meal into a delightful experience.

Not only was Dexter quick with service, but he also made sure that my dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and Dexter truly goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special.

Overall, I had a wonderful time at Fazoli’s, largely thanks to Dexter's incredible service. I will definitely be returning, and I hope to see Dexter there again! Highly recommend this place for delicious food and...
