Sad that my edit isn't got the better....pros were no line, food order was correct and tasted good, cons - staff. Lady took my order, read it back (perfect). I'd said "military discount" at end of order. And at window asked if needed ID. She said no. Look at receipt - no discount. Young man hands the food out, ask him about discount & he asks lady who took order. She says "I'm not a manager, I cant do anything " and tosses the receipt on the counter and turns her back on myself and the young employee. He gets the mgr, she says "I'd have to re-ring the whole order" (3 sandwiches and 1 shake). She tells me she'll remember me when I come back. I have to ask her name. Had the older lady not thrown the receipt, it wouldn't have been big deal. But really, is it that hard to fix a mistake?

Read moreThe manager acted unprofessional when he snap on one of his employees for being out of uniform because she was wearing white socks. At least the old lady showed up for work. He should of confronted her in private with a more mellow manner. But really who cares she works behind the counter and she showed up to do her job. That manager should be more grateful that an old lady is still trying her best to move to help their restaurant. If the manager acts like this on a daily then I see why their still hiring.
