Top 8 Family-Friendly Restaurants in Bellevue, Seattle for a Fun Day Out with the Kids 🧸

I had a great time at Forum. My servers were friendly and attentive. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. We had the sliders, and I got the Mackin cheese to go. I'm not sure if trying the mac there would be better, but it wasn't great as far as flavor went. The sliders were tasty! I got a side of the black garlic sauce for the fries... fantastic! We also got the "That's my Jam!" Crostini with the goat cheese, caramalized onions, and balsamic glaze over arugula. It was okay, but the goat cheese and caramalized onions were ice cold. It was also just lots of sweet, which didn't give much variation in the bite. We got the Forum Paloma and the Adult Capri Fun. I LOVED the Capri Fun. It was so good that I got another one later! We tried the mini golf, which was enjoyable. I wouldn't consider it a competitive course or even a well designed one, but it is a lot of fun if you don't take it seriously (and you shouldn't, just try your best and have a drink!) The golf bays looked great, but a little pricey. We opted to play pool, which was great, and our server, Lynette, was fantasic. The bays and pool table area were a bit empty, but that might just be because it was night club time. It was nice to have the space to enjoy ourselves. A shout out to our server at the front bar, Leslie. She did a great job checking on us and making us feel welcome. The lady who helped us at the mini golf was also helpful and kind! Overall, we had a great time. I would recommend this for a nice evening out with friends or your partner. I loved the drinks, service, mostly food, and the atmosphere. I enjoyed the music by the DJs. Thank you for a fun time!

Highly recommend this place for group events, parties, and anyone looking to have some fun!! The lady at the front desk was really nice and made us feel welcome while we were waiting for the rest of the people to show up. The waiters and waitresses are also very friendly and I really liked the vibe of this place. Basically, you get a ball and golf club and you start at the first hole and make your way around the place until you reach the iron chair (in one of the photos, looks like something from Game of Thrones haha). It’s really fun and I appreciate that they installed nets and metal cages around some of the holes because the balls sometimes fly lol. But no need to fear because the nets and the metal cages will keep the balls from hitting anyone. Mini golf may seem simple, but they have some really cool set ups where it’s very challenging to get the ball into the hole. But once you get it in, it’s very rewarding! Like when I finally got the ball in one of the red solo cups after 10+ tries 😆 Also, bathrooms are sooo clean. Something that some places fail to maintain, but not Forum Social House. All in all, 10/10 service and atmosphere.

UPDATED REVIEW: 5 stars One of the new owners of the company reached out to my party to personally take accountability on behalf of the server and manager that I referenced below. He fully compensated our bill, and he shared that he would be using our feedback as a coaching moment for his staff as they look to make overall improvements to guest experiences. His response absolutely restored my confidence in this business, and I’ll be happily returning in the future.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: 3 stars While I have no complaints about the vibes, drinks, or food, the customer service was extremely disappointing.

Our group of 10 went to the Forum last night for a bachelorette party. At the end of the night, we went to close our tab and we were told that our server, Delara, closed it for us and lost our card. When we asked to speak to one of the managers — we were told her name is Penelope — she was immediately condescending, defensive, and unbelievably rude to each of my friends. Not only did she treat us poorly, but she made no effort to help solve our problem — that one of her servers lost our card. She did not represent the business well at all. Penelope is one of the most immature people I have ever seen in a management position, and unfortunately her attitude is what we will remember most about our experience at the Forum.

The reason my rating is not lower is because the operational manager, Omar, was tremendously helpful. He was willing to listen without interrupting, made an effort to look further into the situation, and spoke to us kindly. If I could give him personally 5...

Warning about buying drinks at the club: make sure you keep all of your receipts because they will add more to your order after you have already paid.

I ordered one drink, paid for the order, and went back to dancing. I then ordered two more of the same drink from my first order and again paid then and there.

The next day when I was reviewing charges on my card, I see that the first transaction is not showing the correct charge and the amount is more than the transaction where I had ordered two of that same drink. So I called to get it straightened out.

"Eddie" answered the phone and was mostly helpful. He pulled up the transactions and I was able to tell him exactly what I ordered and the amounts they should be. He told me that the transaction where the amount was incorrect also had another drink that I had not ordered. So somehow after I closed the transaction their bartender ordered themselves a drink and put it on my card! Eddie said he would make a correction and I would see that in my account in a few days.

Seemed easy enough and he was mostly helpful, but then I get the refund and it isn't even the full amount I am due. I was able to tell him exactly how much I was charged when I signed the transaction but he did not refund the full amount.

Scummy bartenders and scummy management. Beware their shady behaviors and keep all your receipts when dealing with them. I definitely will never be...
