My review is limited to the place I actually ate at, the “American in Paris”. The overall food hall is pretty nice: good variety of food. but I only ate at the one place.
The American in Paris looked nice, and the menu looked appealing, but the service was horrible and very slow. The lady who took orders was pretty bad—I don’t know if she didn’t speak English or just plain didn’t listen. I asked to eat there, and she chose the “to go” option; I asked that something I was allergic to be left out of one dish (and she nodded acknowledgement), but when I got the dish, my allergic item was in there. The cook promptly fixed my order when I complained, but he shouldn’t have had to if his coworker had done her job. They weren’t busy. I was the only customer, and now I know why. She's one of those people who accuse others of something that she or he had never done and make a scene to victimize herself. I spoke very quietly and respectfully I'm not sure why I was called rude by her.
She is so wrong for this job, and couldn't manage a simple customer concern. I hope they find a right person for...

Also the places that do open at 7 for the breakfast crowd don't quite seem to have it figured out. I stood around for mins before I could even order because there was nobody there to talk to. (Barrio ). Apparently there was nobody available to cook food at 7 am. If you open at 7 be ready at 7. Time is money. Folks can't stand around for 20 mins waiting for a breakfast burrito. ...
