Good coffee with the worst customer service Iāve ever experienced.
Weāve had our machine for a while now, I bought it for my wife for Motherās Day (all be it was really for both of us). Weāve tried buying the pots a couple different ways but enjoyed buying direct from Nespresso because you get samples of new products or limited additions, kinda fun to try out. However out of the last 5 orders we have made 4 of them were extremely screwed up.
Normally I am not one to complain but this isnāt really a cheap product to have such horrible service with. So here is what happened:
Order 1 - We ordered about 11 sleeves of coffee with runs about 115 after tax (thatās not cheap). And when our order came there was only 10 sleeves and no free samplers. Not real concerned about the samples but having a $10 sleeve of coffee missing is not okay. Spoke to customer service who said we will send it with the next one.
Order 2 - Had the sleeve we were missing but it took 6 days to arrive. Mayes be being in Seattle next to amazon has spoiled me but that seems like a real long time.
Order 3 - large order of $135, had some āweāre sorry for the delayā samples and our normal order of coffee. Iām at home and get an alert that the coffee has been delivered. Really? Iām home, havenāt heard a truck all day. Look around the front porch and around the neighborhood thinking maybe it went to the wrong house, nope nothing. Called Nespresso customer service who was very polite but turns out not a great listener. I tried explaining every thing that has happened and she seems understanding and resubmitted my order.
Order 4 - But when I go to look at it I noticed she picked the slowest delivery method, it wont be here for 10 DAYS?!?!??!?!?! And the free samples that were suppose to be included from this time and the missing ones last time. So Iām missing product, I wont have coffee for 10 days, and the solution you give me is...āwe will make it up to you on the next order.ā ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You want me to order from you again? Why? You havenāt had a chance to spit in my coffee yet? This is insane.
Good coffee, horrible customer service and follow through, if you need pods order from amazon because then at least you know they can load things in...

The Nespresso store at Bellevue Square has always had good service, but during my recent visit on 7/10 evening ( Thursday, around 7pm), the service was exceptional. Despite the store being busy with several groups waiting for complimentary coffee tastings, the staff remained attentive and friendly.
One staff member in particular, Jax, stood out. He was quick, professional, and made me feel seen even in a crowd. After helping a group of 4ā5 people, he turned to me right away and asked what I was looking for. I asked about the new Blue Bottle crossover coffee and whether it was the same as last yearās (which wasnāt quite to my taste). He let me know it was different this year and offered me a sample of the new āNolaā blend, which I ended up loving!
Jax and another team member (whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask) made the whole experience personal and enjoyable. We even chatted a bit about coffee and other things while I sipped. It was a small moment that made a big impression.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love this Nespresso store!!! I have recently bought one of their newest machines, and I love it. I canāt say nothing bad about their coffee pods, their all amazing! I was so surprised how tasteful and great the coffee is.
Ever since I bought my Nespresso machine, it has definitely replaced Starbucks!!! It has saved me money too. I always love to explore with their coffee pods, and buy all sorts of flavors. I look forward on seeing what new flavors and machines are coming soon.
I highly recommend coming to this Nespresso store. Super friendly and professional service!! Everyone was so nice, and helpful. Props to this young American man who helped me and my husband with any questions we had. I will be coming...
