We actually did like the service here, contrary to most of the other reviews, but the ice is just way sweeter than anything we've ever had (we've been to literally 100+). What really does it is that they sweeten only the base here and not the flavouring, and leaving no room for control. Every snow is going to be a milk shaved ice with a flavour drizzled on top/bottom. The sweetness of the ice itself is actually way harsher than the ice cream - think about the level of sugar of a talenti sorbet. It's easily a couple of hundred grams in a large.

Aside from the sugar, prices here are reasonable for the amount. The snow is very generously/tightly packed. The toppings tend to overflow their container.

You might be able to adjust the sugar level by asking for a higher water dilution - will update if we ever come back. Whether you get a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream depends on the flavour, but you might be able to request a change.

I personally cannot recomend the taiyaki - they also usually burn the butter when making them if you're into that - or at least the two on shift did repeatedly.

Mango and watermelon are...

I love a good shaved ice / bingsu on a warm spring evening! My go to is always the mango flavor at any of these places.

The bingsu was super delicious but I can't say that it was worth the wait as I was there for longer than 20 minutes after ordering before receiving it. However, it is understandable when they have tons of orders and a tedious process. So, just be sure to keep that in mind when you come.

There's seating indoors and outdoors and it can get packed real easily as its not very large. There's hand sanitizer and table wipes near the entrance. They also have a kiosk for ordering.

The smaller/default bingsu could be easily shared between two people or if you have a lot of room leftover after dinner then it's enough for one person. Loved it a lot and I hope to try it again...

Over 30 minute wait for a order while they served other people after us with no regard to us or no remorse for the wait while the people after us got served. Also alot of attitude for being in the wrong. Not acceptable at all. Yes I was upset and angry because about 10 customers after us were served prior and we sat to wait and your staff was rather short and rude too. Why were other people served prior to our order? No one can answer that? Your excuse of it was busy doesn't justify other people being served prior to us that orders after. Remember, after 30 minutes is when I went and said something not 10 minutes. I had to actually show them the text of how long it's been because they were first on denial. Once again I'm getting an attitude in your response...
