I had the most disappointing experience with Sizzle&Crunch. My fiance and I were to cater from the restaurant for over 150 guests and we had already had an agreement with Sizzle&Crunch for the event. However, the manager, Matthew, of the SLU Seattle location was in charge of opening this new Bellevue location and completely ghosted us for three months. We gave him leniency since we knew he was busy but we attempted to call and text him every week for those three months and he never even took a second to respond. Finally, we got in touch with one of his coworkers who said "oh if you haven't heard from him at this point just assume the answer is we can't do it anymore." That was it. No additional communication, no apologies for the lack of response, just another coworker excusing his cowardice. It is stressful enough to plan a wedding without the added stress of the caterer backing out of the wedding three months before it happens. I visited the Bellevue location a week ago and saw they were advertisting their catering services and I felt that it was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate given how they can barely respond to a single message let alone fulfill any future catering orders. The customer service was a joke and I sincerely hope that they're able to pull it together in the future so that this embarassment doesn't happen to...

This place is popular and a lot of tech ppl working in downtown Bellevue come here for lunch (mostly takeout), so the wait is quite crazy and the line is usually super long. I ordered through Ubereats 10 minutes before 12, and they really made me wait for 40 minutes for the food lol. I can't blame them, the line basically maintained the same length if not longer. Plus tons of people ordered takeout as well. Note that they don't update you when the order is ready, so you have to check with them constantly for your order status.
This is our second time here, and we ordered the beef sirloin steak vermicelli bowl and the salad bowl. I also got the Jasmine milk tea, and regret it since it's quite watery. I'd recommend skipping the drinks here since they fill the cup with ice first, so you really don't get much from here. Plus it's not even good... I don't know, maybe the Vietnamese coffee is okay since they fill the cup with tons of ice everywhere.
Their main dishes are always good and balanced, so just get your meal here and skip the drinks. Be prepared for a longer wait time during lunch on weekdays, and you...
Read moreSizzle and Crunch in Bellevue impressed me with its food, even though the experience started with a bit of a hiccup. There’s no free parking nearby, and you’ll need to go through the paid building garage to access the restaurant. Once inside, the food quality made up for it. Everything is made to order, and the ingredients tasted fresh. I did notice the food safety rating posted, which gave me a moment of pause, but it didn’t affect the overall flavor or experience. The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating, and while the outdoor area may technically belong to the building, it was available and pleasant for dining. I appreciated the condiment station with peanuts and hot sauce as self-serve setups like that help keep the line moving and let you personalize your dish. Overall, a solid spot for a fast, flavorful meal if you’re in the...
