Came in with my girlfriend for a bite and some beer after having negative experience 2 years prior I wanted to give them another go. We were forgotten about after we ordered. It took a hour and a half when the food finally came and our server never checked on us in between then. When I asked for another beer and more water when she delivered the food she acted all flustered and angry at my request. She came back after 5 mins with drinks didnt say a word and just threw everything down as fast as she could. Mine was well done not medium well. Completely neglected and we caught attention of another server to ask where our bill was. Upon leaving I asked to speak to a manager as the whole experience felt like a task when it came to recieving service, we were told we had to comeback on Monday to talk to the GM as she was out of town. This was no 20-25 mins. This was 90 freaking minutes. And we didnt complain or make a scene we always remain polite. The money I spent was spent feeling like I was hassling others for food and drinks. Our server was also not busy and talking to the other employees often when we finally spotted her only to disappear again. Maybe there was a problem in the kitchen we weren't told about and she thought we wouldn't keep track of time? I don't know and will never go back, I had to go somewhere else to take my girlfriend to make up for the date. This was a Thursday night and we don't get the extra nigh together out of the week very often. 2 stars for the beer and atmosphere.
