The food is good (for Arby's) & we usually get through the drive thru line (at this location) pretty quickly so I guess I can't complain (too much). I'm not one to eat much fast food but I guess If you have to get food from a fast food restaurant, in my opinion, this is a little bit better of a choice. For a while there, you could never tell if the inside was going to be open or not for dining in so, I had been conditioned to always going through the drive thru. Last time I was there though, I did notice that the inside was open for once. The only reason why I even found that out though was because after going through the drive thru & specifying that the only thing that we needed with the food that was ordered was Arby's sauce, once I pulled away, I looked in the bag & they had only given us one packet. For a roast beef double! Crazy. Who does that that?! You couldn't at have put 2 packets in there? Was I asking too much? Whatever though. So, of course, now I'm forced to pull the car around, get out, & go inside. Luckily for me, this was one of the times the doors were actually unlocked & you could actually walk in. I say I'm lucky because the food was for me & it sucks when you dissapoint others & I dont like doing that (personally) if I can help it. Call me crazy. Good luck out...
Read moreWe went to this location today. I gave this facility a Three stars because I know how detrimental reviews can be, but I want an understanding of my experience. The food is good for fast food, tasted great. My biggest concern was the customer service. I typically only try to leave good reviews, but I left upset today. My boyfriend had ordered the beef and cheddar for himself and me and then ordered a mozzarella sticks and French fries for his daughter. The associate was kind enough to say that it was a kids meal, but then charges us and gave us chicken tenders. We opened our sandwixh wraps and realized we only got plain beef sandwiches. I brought it to another associates attention that we didn't get what we had asked for and she started to get a attitude and said I was wrong. I've worked in food for years I understand there are mistakes, but a simple "I'm sorry" would had diffused the situation. They just looked at me and said OK. I didn't get agitated I even apologized for the inconvenience of bringing it back up. They have typed in all of our order wrong and handled it poorly. Please, I do appreciate the service they provided but please work hard and everything you...
Read moreIt has been a while since I updated on Arby's but they added hush puppies fish. When I saw it on TV I just had to try it. The first time I tried it I went inside to order my food and there was a young man there cashier I guess to take my order. A upsetting you but that was not going to stop me since ordering the food. When I took it home it was fresh hot and good so my husband and I decided to do it again. I went this time saying young man saw me and began to run to the back. My husband bought our food and by I did not want to order or even eat there because of him I just allow my husband to order.. the reason why I am writing this is because the young man upsetting me and I know that restaurant to be a good restaurant the hospitality always been good to me especially with the manager that was on site. I know if I would have told her she would have collected it what you did in the beginning but she wasn't there the next time but the next manager corrected I just wanted to say something to allow the employees like that to watch be mindful of...
