I dont think I've ever left a review on anything before, but i definitely want the owner to see this. I came in to pick up a doordash order after placing it about twenty minutes ago. And they handed me a bag with three burgers and two chicken nuggets that I did not order. The lady apologized and handed it to the other guy who was looking for his DoorDash order and said my order would be out shortly and that she put my labe on the wrong bag. The lady comes back with another bag with half of my order in it, expecting me to just walk out. I tell her i hate to be a pain, but im still missing stuff. And she says in a pissy mood to me, "What are you missing. I tell her and she says, Yeah , I think all of those were in the first bag ( the one with the wrong labe on it that was ment for the other doordasher) So i'm trying not to argue with this lady just get my food but she's persistent that she was right from the start. She ends up bringing me the receipt and asks me what I'm missing, and I have to end up listing off everything I'm missing from their own copy of the receipt with an audience of like 4 workers and all of the other people waiting for there order, like I was declaring a new law, and the manager is watching me do this and sees im clearly reading things that there missing out loud in front of these customers. Then the manager has to go and make my food and he doesn't even bring back everything. He forgets my fries and my baconator fries. Now, the very first item that they got right was my frosty buy by time I finished running the gauntlet. It was completely melted. I had to ask for my food 4 times after placing a pick-up order. The amount of discoordination is completely hilarious. I shrugged it off as a circus show and told them to have a good day. Still made me pay full price. Read moreWe waited in the drive through for 22 minutes before we were able to order with only 5 cars in line. (Which I understand is absolutely insane, but when you wait car by car and reassess as you go, you end up continuing to commit due to how much time you've already waited. 😂) We got to the drive through which had a bit of a line, and I went inside to use the restroom. That was my first mistake! There was toilet paper all over the floor and someone left their used bandaid on the tp dispenser. Come on people...be adults. (That better have been a child lol.) When I got back to the car we thought one car just didn't know what they wanted to order, but as it continued happening we realized there was likely an issue with ordering. No one was coming onto the intercom to take the orders. The gentleman told the lady in front of us that he was having an issue with his register, but when we got to the window we asked what was happening. He was very short with my husband (we understand he's likely under pressure and not having the best day, but you do work in a customer service industry.) But he told us they were "very short staffed". They were supposed to have "about 10 people" but only had 6 due to people calling in sick. My bun for my hamburger was absolutely wet...🤦🏼♀️🤢 We won't go back to this Wendy's, and it's unfortunate because this establishment is giving...
Read moreUpon arrival , we were greeted by the drive thru team member “Go Ahead with your order” in a aggressive , unwelcoming tone. I waited just to see if the crew member would have considered changing her greeting but it remained the same. She gave us our total and upon arriving to the window, three young ladies stood around (the crew member, the window “greeter” and one preparing drink orders. The greeter still proceeds her greeting to other customers in the drive thru, the window greeter stands around conversing about what a customer in front of us should have asked for before asking it at the window (as if it’s not her job to service the public because she accepted the position in which she applied for), the crew member preparing drinks forgot our frosty which was not a big deal until all 3 stood around asking why I still was waiting for our order to be given because they “forgot”. If you don’t like your job, don’t apply for it and if people are not your thing , don’t sign up for customer service positions either. These young crew members lacked sense of respect and professionalism.
