I went through the drive thru and ordered a French dip, and when they handed me the bag, the sauce had not been closed firmly and it came spilling through the bottom of the bag burning my leg. I looked inside and everything in the bag was soaked. I handed it back exclaiming that's really hot! It's burning my leg through my jeans! They said they would remake everything so while I was waiting they said they tested the heat and it wasn't THAT hot! So I said ya know what, you should refund my money, and they said they can't do that, I said ok, I almost ordered a jamocha shake, will you give me that? I was told no, I'm sorry I just can't do that. Please pull forward while we remake your meal. Wow, talk about lousy customer service, they should have said they would refund it as a courtesy! Read moreFood was standard Arbys quality and that raised the rating, the shift manager was great, that raised the rating; the cashier would have caused it to be a negative. She appeared to hate her job from the moment we saw her. We were 4 back in line, she barely made eye contact with any customer, never smiled, said thank you or had a nice tone. I watched 2 customers return their orders for simple mistakes that we heard them request but were not on the ticket. When our turn came the treatment was the same, yet when our order came for pick up the shift manager was handing our order out and the cashier was a new person. She had a smile, and completely different tone, said she forgot to ask if I needed sauces and so on. Complete Jekyl and Hyde. Read moreI understand it was busy but lady was rude I made a moblie to get picked up at 11:21 I asked how long it was sitting on the heat shoot she said “well your order was placed for pick up at 11:21” being rude and I looked at my clock it was 11:35 I had 3 buffalo slides that was cold and my gyro had tomatoes but I seen it before I left I had them fix it and they did thankfully but I’m pregnant and can’t eat cold food I asked for my food to get remade and they can’t because it’s a moblie order she told me and I have to call at 5 for a different manger and it’s noon so now I have to wait 5 hours before I can get my food replaced I used to work at Arby’s as a manger this is not making it right...
