I came through yesterday morning (5/13/25) towards the end of breakfast rush at around 9:55am. In which, I am well aware of how horrible these rushes can be, because I used to have to be the worker serving customers during breakfast rush.
I came through to grab breakfast, I wanted 2 sausage biscuits and then I had asked for a steak egg cheese McGriddle, only to realize after getting closer to the window, that I had forgotten to ask for sub round for my egg because its the only way I can tolerate eating it.
When the woman at the second window told me the price, I was extremely polite and apologetic mentioning that I was sorry, and that I needed to partially change my order.
She very rudely snapped off on me, said “Nope it is already made. No changes can be made at the window. That will be 10.74”
I asked if she could then just take off the one sandwich, and she took that to mean that I just wanted my whole order to be canceled, then proceeded to tell me to have a nice day. I tried to politely say that I would still take my 2 biscuits that I ordered at least, and she actively talked to her coworkers about me in a negative fashion with the window open so I could hear her.
Upset that I had even the slightest bit of audacity as an autistic individual who will occasionally make mistakes to ask for them to change out the egg on my McGriddle.
So I politely, but lightly frustrated said have a nice day, and drove off.
Personally, if this is the type of crew that Bucciferro is currently supporting, I will no longer go to any of the Bucciferro McDonald’s outside of when I have to for delivering...
Read moreBy far THE worst McDonald's in town. They NEVER i mean absolutely NEVER get our order right. We ask for pretty straight forward stuff. No pickles because my autistic child cant handle the texture. It had gotten so bad that I just became used to checking my childs burgers automatically. We were willing to live with the annoyances since its right by the hwy and close to stores we frequent, that was until it became worse over the last year. They wouldnt give us all our food, when we would go back they would be rude about having to fix their errors. The last straw was 3wks ago when i received a sweet tea that was ROTTEN! I had taken a huge gulp only to spit it back out and gag. I went inside and opened the cup and has the young man working the front smell it. He almost threw up from just the smell. He gave me a new cup and said sorry. I stood there watching as NO ONE even attempted to take away that batch of sweet tea until i made that same young man go pull it from drive thru and dump it. I didnt walk away until it was taken because I honestly didnt think they even cared!
Do not go here Its unhygenic and they are rude. I'll take the extra drive further from town or just but...
Read moreI was in town Visiting Family we all came to eat at this location and I was Very Upset how the manager Susie or Sue Whatever runs this location not only did our food take forever but our order was wrong and we had to wait longer for it to be fixed, then my Family and I had to witness the manager screaming at a Employee in front of all the customers and coworkers, Highly unprofessional & inappropriate! (Workplace Harassment/Public Shaming) If you cant be Professional in EVERY situation as a Manager you should not be a Manager! LEAD by Example because if any of her staff acted in the same manner Im sure she would take action, she doesn't seem like a Efficient Manager which reflects on the Company as well as the staff! From what we heard her screaming about aggressively, the Employee didnt show up to work but the employee did have another employee cover her hours, that sounds RESPONSIBLE to me!
