Just this evening I ordered my carryout pizza and my cheesy bread sticks on their website and it stated that my order was going to be ready at 9:00PM. I arrived at 9:04PM only to find out that my order was still not ready and that it was in the even. Alright that's already a bit annoying but I let it go. I end up sitting around for 20 minutes and decide to ask what's going on with my order. The employee tells me that it looks like it has been ready for a little while and was wondering why no one told me. That maybe they just didn't see me. You've got to be kidding. I had two different employees pass me back and forth to and from the restroom and neither of them said anything. The employee at the register was all the way in the back folding some boxes and chatting it up with his co workers. BTW they all speak about inappropriate subjects with customers around. I finally grab my order and he doesn't even give me a liter of soda or anything due to the unnecessary wait time. I get home and my girlfriend and I finally dig in only to find a hair follicle tucked halfway underneath a pizza slice........................................SERIOUSLY?! Not only are the employees unprofessional, unmotivated, and inconsiderate. They are also unsanitary. When I called about it the employee on the phone didn't even sound like he cared enough as if it was completely normal. I drove all the way back to get my money, which they indeed refunded me, and they didn't even seem phased about it like it was completely freaking normal. How about at that point give me a sprite for my upset stomach. DON'T EVER GO HERE. the reviews are not exaggerating. The rudeness, wait time, and hair follicle in this case, are real.. I hope they shut down soon. I would rather go to Litter Cesars for their 5 dollar pizza.

The cheesy bread sticks were fine but I really didn't have an appetite for their after finding that hair...

I placed my order via the website. User friendly, quick and easy. The confirmation email provided an estimated time of delivery of 30 minutes, which is to be expected. 20-25 minutes later, I hear a knock at my door. *No way the pizza is here already, I thought to myself * I open the door and sure enough it's the delivery guy. I was greeted with a smile, and was asked how my evening was. As I'm signing my receipt, he mentions how beautiful it was out today, and I agreed. No awkward, give me my money so I can go, vibe that usually comes with any delivery service.

My delivery guy was stellar and the gal I spoke with at the store a few minutes later to make sure he received his kuddos, was awesome as well.

I've worked in customer service my entire adult life and feel it's only fairn to give credit where it's due. Unlike most people who only submit a review when they are unhappy. Writing reviews filled with unreasonable expectations and ridiculous complaints, which I feel is completely unfair.

I've ordered from this establishment numerous times and the food has always been great, the staff is always kind, and they usually have reasonable delivery speeds. To the team working on the evening of March 2nd, you guys rock! Keep it up, and don't let the jerk faces get...

Let me just start off by saying the pizza wasn't bad. I would describe it as exactly as you would expect from a pizza hut.

However, our experience was atrocious. The person I spoke to on the phone was awful. I'm not sure if the gentleman was new, but he was so slow. He got my order wrong half a dozen times. Not only that, but he charged me twice for everything on the order. It came out to $50 and change. For one pizza and wings. I told him it was wrong and he refused to listen and kept cutting me off. I didn't get my order right until I begged to speak to a manger, who promptly corrected my order... 11 minutes later... 11 minutes. To order one pizza.

Not only was my order jacked up, but I was quoted at 25 minutes for carry out. Sounds reasonable... Here's the thing though. I left my house 25 minutes after I placed the order. And drove to pizza hut from south west Bend. About 15 minutes of driving. So now we're at 40 minutes after the initial order when we got there. And the pizza wasn't even ready. We had to wait another 30 MINUTES. FOR ONE PIZZA AND WING. It took over an hour. When my pizza finally made it home. It tasted good. Except it was cold...
