I went to dunkin with 3 .99 cent Dunkin coupons, last time I went I was told they couldnt use multiple coupons on the order, so this time i decided to make 3 separate orders, it was taken, I went up. I see the price in the 8dollar range, meaning it was not made separate, so we discussed and he made separate orders, but another guy comes and says "only this time", I ask what does he mean, they mentioned their clock which keep count of how fast they take and complete orders. They also said to come back around and order again if I use multiple coupons. I said that is irrelevant because each order is a new order and it resets, so if you do my order fast, each one will be separate on the clock, and the person behind me order would be done accordingly if they had two more people in front of them and doesnt make much difference, I also worked at Dunkin, I know how it works. I never had issues using multiple coupons on one order before when I worked there, but at this dunkin it does which is fine then let me make multiple orders, and they seem to dislike taking coupon and I understand their language, and they have said some unprofessional things which I ignored in the past, basically annoyed at using coupon in the past. And this time when I was explaining they let the window closed and ignored me, which was rude. When I worked at Dunkin, I and my colleagues showed respect, patience, and professionalism, which they seem to lack at certain instances. Also when it came to serving customer the best, clock was 2nd. Especially in afternoon versus morning, they need to prioritize whats more important, customers or their clock. The owner needs to also decide this. We also made the coffee the best for customers, and smiled. Multiple people I know had similar experiences using coupon, although not multiple like I did.
What is weird is they speak on clock, but in the morning take and does orders so SLOWLY compared to my dunkin where we were 2-3 3 times faster even when we were backed up! They need better training. I think it was never about the clock but that i used THEIR OWN DUNKIN coupons FROM DUNKIN which is MEANT to be USED. Backwards people. Let's see how they are next time. I went to the drive thru early Thursday morning on January 2, 2025. The guy that greeted me through the intercom had such unintelligible English that I had to ask him to repeat twice because I genuinely did not understand what he was saying. For what it's worth, I have a lot of experience working with ESL learners, including my wife. Anyway, went I pulled to the window the guy glared at me as he handed the sandwich to the window guy. Starting later that day and laying into Sunday, I've had what I think is a minor case of food poisoning and I think the guy that prepared the food did something to it. Though I cannot be certain, I would not risk going back there myself.

When I got to the store, the door was locked, and the man inside was shooing me away. I made him open the door and he told me he didn't have any donuts for my order and to tell him when I would be coming back tomorrow. This wasn't possible because I needed the donuts that day, as it was my birthday and needed donuts for the party. I asked him for a refund on my donuts, and he said he would not give me one and again to come back tomorrow. He got mad at me for asking for money back on donuts that do not exist, even though his store said they were in stock. I still haven't received a refund and will be taking this issue up...
