While walking through the mall, I saw Noodles & Co. on the way out and decided to give it a try as it looked like one of the more “healthier” places in the food court for a takeout dinner.
I’m a vegetarian so I ordered the LEANguini fresca. It’s made to order, so there was about a 5 minute wait.
What impressed me the most, was one of the employees, Connor. I watched in awe as he took care of the customer in front of me- as a young man. he was so kind and friendly, offered suggestions and just genuinely enjoyed his job and helping people! It was so refreshing to see.
The other customer and I couldn’t believe the service he was giving, and when it was my turn- he was just as friendly and helpful, and walked me through the process since it was my first time there.
We both tipped him for his service- that’s how good he was, and as the first person to greet you at this restaurant- this is the kind of employee you want for your business. He made everyone feel welcome and special…something you rarely see in the service industry these days. He deserves to be recognized & rewarded for exceptional customer service!
Overall, it was a great experience and the food was surprisingly good! Connor talked me into paying $1.00 more to get the larger portion size, and I’m glad I listened to him! He said I could eat the leftovers the next day…and I did;)
I will definitely go back again & try other options on the menu & customize my order even more. I’d probably add more veggies to my order & a little less oil. Give this place a try next time you’re at the mall, it...
Read moreWe had an absolutely lovely time. I haven't been to a noodles and company in years and this was my first time back. I want to thank the staff for the patience that had while I was looking through the menu I love and haven't had in so long. I also want to give special shout outs to their recommendations and ability to change the recipes. I can't have mushrooms, but that wasn't a problem here. They took our order, which was a little big for two people, and got everything right!
Unfortunately, someone who had ordered after us was named Ryan, and we were named Ray. He had grabbed our order since he was standing closer. Without hesitation, the staff immediately started working on making us our new order (they even noticed as the guy was walking off and we didn't even need to say anything). They not only apologized, they made our food the second time while maintaining the same quality and sticking to my restrictions without needing reminded. This team today did a wonderful job. And when our food was ready, we happily grabbed everything and they were still apologetic and kind. They offered a BOGO coupon even though we hadn't asked. As someone who works in a similar food setting, I am more than pleased to see not only how this team communicated but also handled everything. It was not their fault that Ryan was in a haste, but they did everything right. Thank you all for being my first experience back.
P.S. make some locations in hawaii (where I used to live)

Read moreThis is just a mediocre place to get pasta. It's not even that cheap, and the quality of the food isn't particularly good. I do like that they have a pretty broad menu, but it can be overwhelming. I decided to try the zucchini noodles with pesto and chicken (regular size) and the spicy Korean beef noodles.
I thought the zucchini noodles were pretty good, but nothing special. The price for a regular is almost $15...and the portion was not very large at all. It did fill me up decently, but no leftovers. So if you're looking for a deal and don't have a coupon, avoid this place. I've had better iterations of zoodles elsewhere and I'd rather just support a local shop if the price is that high. The sauce was creamy and not too pesto-focused. Decent chicken portion and well cooked zoodles (I'm not a fan of the crunchy undercooked ones). Random big chunks of mushrooms in the pasta, some of which were undercooked.
The Korean beef noodles, though, were not so good. The sauce was very thick and it tasted almost like you were eating a soup, but a very heavy soup. The noodles were also thick. The dish overall was not very flavorful or tasty.
All in all, I'd avoid this place unless you have a deal. The food is quite overpriced and portions are not good at all. The menu is broad and includes Asian food, Italian dishes, stuffed pasta, healthy options, Mac n cheese, and more. Maybe try one of their 7...
