I am so annoyed with this place. This was the 2nd time I went to them as I am new to the area. It seems this it the only place to get a bagel in this area, so i tried it again. This time I asked, AND PAID FOR, a TOASTED bagel with extra onion/chive cream cheese and what I got was an UNtoasted bagel, with little to no REGULAR cream cheese!! Sounds petty, but I want what I want! The problem is, you don't know what they decided to give you until you get to where you're going and then it's too late to rectify what they screwed up. Ugh!! Messed my whole morning up. And, like i said, this is the second time this sort of thing has happened. I though the first time was a fluke, but no! This is apparently a regular occurrence. There's like 8 people behind the counter, can't one of them...

The room in the hospital got switched to another room with 15 minutes difference. They dug in their heels and said they couldn't make any updates within the 24 hrs, "per policy". I asked if they would rather deliver to the wrong room and send their deliver person on a wild goose chase than do the logical thing and update the order. They repeated the "policy". After 4 phone calls, they finally agreed to modify the room, but not the delivery time. What a joke! Use another bagel shop that can deliver what you need, when you need it. In case you're reading this, Einstein Bros. Wilmington... I spend thousands per month on catering for my clients and will NEVER use...

Man I assume to be manager came forth and seemingly found my order and began preparing it. After waiting almost 20 minutes, order finally completed. He asked if I needed any sugar/lids/etc for my box of coffee and proceeded to point and say I can pick them up myself when he knew he was already making me wait a long time. When asking him isnāt this his job to get all this items ready for easy pickup, his excuse was, āI didnāt know how many you neededā. Funny how he didnāt know how many creamers I needed, yet he knew to put some in the bag. Never was there an apology from him. (Out of fairness the other staff did apologize and was nice and pleasant unlike...
