I'd give a negative 10 rating if I could after the way I was treated today. I ordered what I ALWAYS order--a large ICED coffee with three sweet and low and two creamer at the drive through window. I usually see what I ordered on the screen at the drive though, but the young lady was slow and told me to drive around to the window before anything appeared on the screen. When I got to the window, she had a hot coffee sitting in front of her. I explained I had ordered an ICED coffee and she began arguing with me, saying I had ordered HOT coffee. I got terse at that point and told her I always order ICED coffee and that I do not drink hot coffee and would NOT have ordered the latter. She copped a MAJOR attitude, swiped (tapped) my credit card, did not say a word to me, closed the window, and took several minutes to bring me an ICED coffee, giggling with her co-worker the whole time it was being prepared. I am half afraid to drink it, thinking they may have spit in it or done something else to it. There was no usual label on the side of the cup. And she did not provide a receipt. She better not have charged me for both cold and hot drinks. I will check my credit card later and if there is an extra charge, I will call my credit card company to block payment altogether before I call the local consumer news reporter to lodge a complaint. This silly and rude little girl just lost my business at this Dunkin Donuts location going forward. The coffee is expensive. I refuse to be treated rudely while I am spending my money at your establishment. Next time I will stop at the Starbucks just a block away instead. If I had not been a hurry and on my way to visit a friend suffering from heart failure in the hospital, I would not have waited for the counter girl to get it right, would not have paid, and would have stopped elsewhere for a coffee on my way. Customer service no longer exists, especially at...
Read moreToday was a good day. A sensational day. I woke up this morning like any other morning. It was sunny, bright with the gentlest breeze. I was on my way to an important interview; one that could shape my career trajectory. With excitement in my spirit and hope in my mind I came across the Dunkin on marsh road. My stomach grumbled. I drove through the drive through. The store looked new. It had that ânew bookâ smell. I noticed all the latest technology including a glistening menu board, state of the art camera system. I was greeted by the most pleasant voice âhow can I help you today?â I replied âBoston crème donut and hash brown pleaseâ. Within a moment a warm donut and hash brown were given to me. I started driving away and grabbed the donut first. It was perfection. Perfectly round with the glazed chocolate shimmering against the sunâs rays. I took one bite. I was instantly transported to a dimension that lighted up my senses. Warm, creamy and decadent. I nearly had to pull over. The cream flowed out of the donut ever so smoothly like honey out of a pot. Then I took a bite out of the hash brown. The perfect crunch with the most satisfying savory taste. I knew right then I couldnât have a bad day and I was going to crush the interview. And I did. I never knew I could have a transcending experience from breakfast but this Dunkin is like no other. Donât be the one to miss out on...
Read moreMe and my partner went thru drive thru to get breakfast - whoever took our order didnât really seem like she was fully focused/responsive - we pulled up to the window and got our food - i knew we shouldâve checked it, but didnât, which is on us - however they charged us for the bagel bites that we asked for and instead just put the everything bagel seasoning on my avocado toast that i got and didnât give the bagel bites whatsoever. I donât know if it was miscommunication between staff or whoever was packing the orders didnât know what they were doing, but either way this was...
