Starbucks — Restaurant in Bethel Township

Definitely felt very uncomfortable ordering from this establishment. Very rude staff. I placed an order under my name and came in and picked it up. My girlfriend also placed an order for a drink and I came back in to retrieve hers as well, when the manager asked who I was picking up for I told him a name that was different then my own, he asked the other barista if it was ready and she said with an attitude that I had already picked up my order, the manager looked surprised then got quiet and wouldn’t look at me and the staff both ignored me like I wasn’t there. I think they were implying I was trying to get one past them for a free drink which isn’t the case, after being ignored I asked for my girlfriends drink again and the barista rolled her eyes at me and told me “you already got your drink”. I then said that I had picked up my order for myself yes but I was picking up for someone else now and had I gave them the name for the other order as soon as I walked in. Once she realized her mistake she shooed me with her hand and with an attitude said it’s over there. I understand people probably try to come in and pretend they didn’t receive their drinks but I had clarified my order wasn’t for myself and told the manager the name I was looking for. I didn’t like how the female barista had such an attitude and made me feel like I was some thief when I’m a paying customer. She was super rude and I think you should be communicating with your paying customers and not stand there and totally ignore them and completely stop helping them, then after finding out I did infact have two separate orders continue to have a terrible attitude. Don’t yell that I got my drink in front of other people if you aren’t sure it was...

I have been disappointed at way too many starbucks locations. Not just in Delaware but in general. I almost stopped going altogether. My son started going to school right down the road from this one so i stopped in one day. This store instantly became my favorite spot. Management makes a difference. I have learned so much about why my drinks are terrible at other locations. This one, no matter who comes and goes it’s consistent. If something is not right with my order, nobody has a problem fixing it. I notice at so many other starbucks stores the employees seem to have really messed up attitudes when I ask them to remake my order, then it will still be wrong. Mess up my whole day. The management team is doing an excellent job at making sure every aspect of the customer experience is enjoyable. I have been to stores where wait times are long and unexplainable, because they have no orders and no lines. They are just taking their sweet time. This store only has long wait times when they are slammed with orders, and they still handle it all very well. John, Brian and Dj make sure to communicate with us if something is taking a while or if something is out of stock. They also make the best drinks. John is doing amazing and I am glad he is here. The rest of the team is awesome and that is a reflection on how great the management team is. They really listen to their customers. Most of the time I don’t have to say my order, because most of them know it already. They all make my morning better. I am happy I didn’t give up...

This location is not it, and I only returned because enough months went by since my first time that I forgot how annoying it is. Very limited seating, very limited parking, the parking is awkward and inconvenient because this location is in a too tight corner at the intersection of two busy streets. Today the bonus was little to no air conditioning, I had not ordered ahead of time but the barista put my drink on the counter without calling my name. From where I was sitting I couldn't see the screen that tells you your order is ready, and I didn't think to check because I've never had anyone put my drink out silently. Meanwhile she called the names of people who had put in mobile orders... and those people would of their own accord immediately go to the counter and look for their drink. So I was sitting there in the heat for probably twice as long as I needed to be. Best part is I can barely taste any hazelnut in my hazelnut shaken espresso. Don't waste your time and money here, BrewHaha across the street...
