A Very Impressive Store Location...
Back on Thursday, August 25, 2016, I was invited to participate at an event being held at this particular 9811 South Santa Monica Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California 90210 location.
I had a very good experience while I was there and during my visit, I was pleasantly served by Freddy who was an Excellent Starbucks Customer Service Barista who made me up my Flatbread which was my Very First Time trying it out and it tasted delicious which went well with my drink.
I just want to say Thank You to Freddy and the rest of the staff there for Your Excellent Service that was provided to ME, as well as to your many other customers that night as well!
Sincerely yours,
Howard Paul Shore Starbucks Gold Card...

I understand prioritization but you'd think they would knock out a simple water to a regular at least let alone not have to remind them after waiting far too long for their simplest drink. At least put up a fountain or a section where those can do it themselves If it's that much of an issue. A smile would be much more appreciated than a dramatic/sarcastic smirk after having waited in line...
