Sweetfin Poke Beverly Hills — Restaurant in Beverly Hills

I always go to Sweetfin and love the food. But what’s wrong with the customer service or particularly with the RUDE worker they have there? Don’t know his name but he has tattoos and piercings & glasses. The communication was terrible! Everything I asked for nicely I was told NO we don’t do this, we don’t do that when I told him that just a day ago I had the same thing done by the different person and it was okayed. Sadly to say now you guys lost your loyal customer. Each time I pass and see him work I choose a different place to eat because of the terrible experience. First time here today, can't imagine myself ever returning. Got two large bowls. Both salmon and albacore had broken-down texture as if improperly frozen, meat had no chew, quite close to "slime."
