I bought a salmon wrap which was rotten before the expiration. I hadn’t even opened the pack but could smell it and it was BAD. I called Kreation BH and explained the situation she said throw it out and hung up the phone. I called again, and asked to speak to a manager given I wanted to discuss providing a refund. she was extremely rude, refused to provide me her name or managers name or time manager will be in. She also just kept me hanging on the phone without even “I’ll get back to you shortly”. I had said I’d like to make a complaint to the manager. I overheard her telling a colleague to pretend to be a manager as I was having a “meltdown”. I was trying to get the info and she kept on disappearing leaving me for minutes at a time and refusing to give me any info. SO, I love their juice and their Amaze Bowls - it's always delicious, but I legit just found a squished fly in the Hail Vegan Caesar salad I ordered and not only that, but the lettuce is pink and covered in dirt... It's disgusting. Their employees don't seem very knowledgable about the products that they're selling. I'm just done eating from this place, I can go elsewhere for cold-pressed juice...
