Visited this restaurant in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Signage on the door about required mask wearing... Yay!!!
Hand sanitizer placed strategically around the restaurant... Yay!!!
Outdoor seating... Yay!!!
Social distancing in effect... Yay!!!
I'm happy the restaurant cares about its staff and customers... Yay!!!
Found the restaurant not to be packed with diners, this was a plus.
We were promptly seated on the outdoor patio... Happy Happy Joy Joy!!!!
We received menus & water. We placed an order for 2 adult beverages & were advised by the server of his return to take our order.
Drinks came out about 20 minutes after we received menus & were seated. This was not very timely, in my opinion.
Apparently, as told by the server, there was a problem with some young folks that ordered food and drinks, then made off with a bottle 1/2 full of liquor and failed to pay for the food. One of the employees knew the thieves & was reporting the incident to management; hence the reason for delay NUMBER ONE.
Having finished our 1st set of drinks, our server returned to our area, apologized for the delay and took our order; we ordered 2 more adult beverages and placed an order for wings and fries & a salmon sandwich with fries.
After 30 minutes had passed, I flagged the server, he came to our area, apologized for the wait and said he'd check on the order...
Another 15 minutes later, the server came back and stated the kitchen was backed up; delay NUMBER TWO.
Another 10 minutes, he presented with our food and many apologies.
I looked around and we weren't the only ones impacted by the theft & the backed up kitchen issue; I saw other tables that were there before us receiving food about the same time as we did.
The server apologized again, explained away the troubles & AT MY SUGGESTION, comped 2 of our drinks.
I would've hoped the server were more attentive. As I stated, the restaurant wasn't full, the alcohol thieves & dine-n-dashers weren't our servers customers, not sure why he was distracted. But we left a hefty tip, despite the unfortunate kitchen delay & debacle surrounding the theft of the alcohol.
The food was good. The service was obviously not industry standard. Clean restaurant. Friendly & highly apologetic staff. Ample parking....

They weren't busy. Only a 20 top and 2 other 2 tops not including my husband and I. The waiter was so positive, polite, and just overall bubbly. He was apologizing for the kitchen's slowness and lack of urgency.
Now to the REAL issue. Not that waiting over 30 mins for you food isn't already an issue but let's just focus on the district manager bringing a fight to my table. My waiter was trying to cash us out. There has already been a conversation started in the back (you could here the yelling) about the lact of effort given by other members of the team/shift. Our waiter came out and apologized and was working on getting us taken care of so we could leave (we had a 2 1/2 hr drive back to get home). The dm came out and was yelling/ starting a fight with the waiter. Threatened to even call the cops. From an outsiders perspective if the DM has such an issue with problems being brought to his attention he shouldn't be a DM, second, he should have waited for the waiter to come back to the back to handle/ reprimand him instead of making a scene in front of everyone and bringing it to my table. It's obvious that training and retraining needs to take place not just for the staff but management as well. This was not an experience I wanted to pay over $70 for. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
Was given the same response as any other negative review to email them. I did yesterday and not a single reply back. Looks like the owners don't care that they allow their DM to treat employees like trash and start fights at...
Read moreWent there on March 17, 2021. Seemed like a really cool place, very open and spacious and tons of TVs. It was St. Patrick's day, and March madness. Figured it might be a little busy. However, less than half of the tables had anyone seated at them and the ones that did had people that were visibly upset at the service or looking around as if they were just waiting on their bill. At the front entrance, there was a giant line to be seated. So it seems like the hostess was throttling people at the front to be seated because there were only two servers in such a large restaurant. She told us it would be about a 10 minute wait to be seated, but then I asked a couple that was sitting and waiting how long they had been there and they said about 25 minutes. We asked if we could be seated at the bar and maybe at least we could get some drinks and order the food there. They said yes. But when we sat at the bar, we were literally passed up multiple times by an annoyed bartender when never acknowledged us and proceeded to wait on people who walked up even after us. So after witnessing this and waiting for about 30 minutes thinking surely we would be served sooner or later, we just walked out after she then went to yet another couple who walked up after us. The whole time I was noticing that people at the bar had empty glasses, were waiting on checks, holding menus in their hands, etc. I'm sure the place would have been good, but we just decided to go to the hard rock and eat there instead.
