#worstexperience #subway #app #onlineorder I had the worst experience during my holidays. Subway has been advertising of app order recently and wanted to give it a try on a tiring day, so downloaded the app and made an order for a veggie patty and veggie delight sub.
Being on a vacation wanted to pick it up for a late dinner, so ordered it at 9:50 PM, not knowing this can turn into a nightmare. We all were really hungry and reached the subway at 10:20 to pick up to find what was really shocking, when I asked and mentioned mobile order the lady said she don't know what's that and how to get it, I said I already paid of the same and showed the online receipt, she was all confused and tried reaching out to the manager who already left for the day and the owner but no one picked the call, just to add the store closing time mentioned online was 11 PM.
Finally after some discussion she agreed to serve me looking at our hungry and frustrated faces, so I mentioned my order to her to find another shock they don't server veggie patty at all, since we all were hungry I asked for 2 veggie delights, already paid more online didn't had any option at 11 PM at night.
But this doesn't end here I asked my sub to be toasted for which I got an answer that she had already switched off the Owen n can't switch it on back again ... If you don't want to serve the customer properly please change the hours don't misguide the customers.
Finally after some discussion all in vain I got 2 untoasted veggie delights to fill our stomach. Looking at our frustration an dispair the lady offered us couple of complementary cookies.
I had worst experience of my life, #subway needs to address this.
I have highlighed this using twitter an facebook and Subway asked me to report it to customer care online ... nothing happened ... Was asked again to call the customer care and report again, has this this a few times now and was told that would get call from Subway Franchise owner but no response ......

I ordered several subs on the app, one of them being the Subway club. Right after I ordered, I received a phone call from the restaurant letting me know that one of the meats (ham) was not available. She gave me several options, one option was to add more turkey and roast beef to the sandwich, which is the one I chose. She was so friendly and professional and engaging. I was thankful for the call and told her as much. To add to that, when we picked up our order and brought it home, we found a handwritten-note apologizing for the inconvenience on a complementary 12-inch chocolate chip cookie. I do not remember the last time I had such professional and friendly service. And all the sandwiches were excellent...well made and delicious. She went above and beyond, and the service...

Sat in the dinning room for ten minutes before I hollered into the back of the store, where whomever was to make an attempt to get someones attention considering it was almost 10 and I wanted to order before it closed .I got there at 9:35 pm and when I finally said something it was 9:45 which was when she told me that the store was closed .The woman that YELLED at me and gave me an incredibly rude attitude never even had the audacity to peek her head around the corner.
