Very disappointed with KAY Jewelers. On 10/3 we went into the Biloxi location on Eisenhower Dr to purchase an engagement ring we saw online. After looking in store, we decided we liked a different ring, which was more expensive. After talking to the sales associate for about 50 mins and discussing rings, bands, etc., we decided to wait until the following week to come in to get the ring since there would be a 30% sale. The family member who is purchasing the ring has a 4 hour round trip drive to this store. So, we scheduled an APPOINTMENT for 10/9 to come and get the ring and walk out with it that day. Once again, WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT to buy the ring!! When arriving to the store on 10/9 for our appointment, that we drove 2 hours for, we were informed that the ring was no longer there because the “Mother Store” put in a transfer for it and it was sent out the day before on 10/8. We had an appointment for this ring! Why was there not at least a phone call made to inform us since we had an appointment? We have a file in store from previous and future purchases. Our number is in the file! A file that has all the information for this engagement ring, band, and grooms band in it! The sales associate said that when the Mother Store puts in a transfer they have to send it. We can absolutely understand that, we also understand that mistakes happen, but we had everything filed and saved! We absolutely should have been informed since we had an APPOINTMENT scheduled to BUY this specific ring, especially with a phone number on file! The only offer we had to resolve it was to order for pick up the following Tuesday (10/13) at this location or the store in Hammond(2.5 hour round trip). The closest store to drive to that had the same ring currently in stock was Baton Rouge. Biloxi and BR option is another 4 hour round trip, not to mention almost double the amount of sales tax in Hammond and BR. There was no other offer made for the stores mess up. Between the engagement ring and the bands put on file for later, a $9,000+ sale was lost due to lack of care for loyal costumers. Not including the items we have on file for future purchases. So needless to say, we will no longer be customers of any KAY Jewelers. Just sad and disappointing to...

Whether you are going in to just look or actually planning to purchase they treat you the same either way. Very attentive and willing to make sure you find exactly what you are looking for. I went in to this location about a year and a half ago and I have already made 4 purchases from them 3 of which they personally picked out for me because they have taken the time to get to know exactly what I like so when I go in now they already know what direction to point me in. She immediately put me at ease with her pleasant, friendly demeanor, and I also felt she was very professional and was knowledgeable in the jewelry she was showing me, so I felt confident that the chain I ultimately chose was suitable for my diamond pendant.
