My wife, Sessie had lost the center stone in her engagement ring after hurricane katrina. Then the ring would not fit over the knuckle due to arthritis. After discussing with Ms Susan Brewer and Mr. Spencer, I decided to upgrade the stone and add an adjustable clasp to the ring. The result was the ring now fit over the knuckle and is astonishing except the two other existing stones did not meet the quality of the new stone. So, I had those stones upgraded as well. Also, the wedding band had been damaged. After discussing of what to do with the band, I decided not to add the adjustable clasp, but to attached the band to the engagement ring. This worked out better than I ever imagined. I can not thank Susan and Spencer...

Now that I have gone back to have the ring resized the local associates there were very helpful in getting me to the right size. Specifically Spencer from the Gulfport store was quite impressive with his resizing job. I figured it would take all day, he not only pointed me to the actual size I needed but also had the ring back to me in minutes with a perfect fit and even shined it up for me.
