IHOP — Restaurant in Biloxi

Update: GM contacted me regarding the visit. She was very polite and understanding. Her goal is to improve the customer experience and employee training. We were invited to return to the restaurant. I've raised the review to 2 stars and will revisit the review after the next visit.

Ordered on the app 2 hours prior for 11am pickup. Arrived about 15 minutes early (10:44am) and asked if they'd be able to get it ready any earlier. Was told it would be just a minute. At 11:04 it still was not ready and I asked the hostess for an update. She said 5-10 more minutes. Mind you, one door dasher got their order while I was waiting earlier. At 11:15, I went and found the to-go order person and asked her directly what was going on with my order. At that point she said they were just waiting on eggs. Then of course when the food was ready she didn't have enough to-go containers and had to get more from the back. The order was finally ready at 11:21. While I was waiting the last few minutes another waitress mentioned to never order at lunchtime because they get busy. But if that's the case and they had a 2 hour heads up for my order, they should have been prepared for it. Completely unacceptable. Especially considering we had to get to the airport and so we had to rush to eat our food to get there on time. Really frustrating. Definitely dissatisfied with the service. On top of that, the hostess didn't seem to know how to seat tables considering there were 2 open and she kept prepping flatware instead of sitting the 4 families...

Is IHOP is conveniently located right on Highway 90 in Biloxi. The menu very busy but still having the signature IHOP food that we all love.

But other than that, I was quite disappointed with this location and the overall cleanliness and service of the restaurant !!!!!! If I owned or managed this restaurant, I would be ashamed !!!!!! When you walk into an establishment and dishes have been sitting around on tables for I don’t know how long at least an hour plus that I witnessed! There were ants yes you read that right ants on the table !!!! And that table was clean that had the ants on it … It took forever to get water, even longer to get our food, when it finally did arrive, the order was wrong missing food. It was just a total conundrum!!!!

Oh yeah, my waitress did not write anything down. I don’t care how good of a memory you have.., you need to write orders down. If I was a health department inspector, this restaurant probably would be shut down.. Or at least written up for sure !!!!

What food we did get was cooked very well. I do have to give the Cook the kudos that he or she deserves good job there. Pancakes were very good.! hashbrowns were cooked perfect. And the eggs were done just right.

I truly am very disappointed IHOP staff get your act together! IHOP owner know how your business is being run and change the policies at your restaurant get...

Came in 29 May 2016 @ 1015pm. The worst the worst do not come here ever . Manager straight garbage asked for a manger a guy named Lane came out said he was the manger. Sat down waited for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink at the least. Same guy who sat us (Lane ) was brining drinks to the table beside us. Kept looking at us as he held a whole conversation with the loud group next to us. Got up to find a female with a red name tag can't recall her name . But she claimed to be the manager and that she would personally come and take our order. Nope she sent Lane who took his time to take our order. He went back to his buddies next to us. When he finally came to our table we asked him if we can put in our drink and food order at the same time considering we waited so long we knew it would take forever. He had an attitude and asked he if could get our drink order like he didn't hear our initial request. That was the final straw before we walked out . Everyone had a bad attitude, no one was helpful . We even sat across from the cashier before waiting several minutes to be seated. she didn't offer assistance instead she went outside to smoke . Only reason why we knew she went to smoke because she came back in smelling like the whole tobacco factory. Garbage individual garbage establishment but these the same people wanting 15 dollars...
