ordered raspberry rizz today. I’ve ordered this drink several times in the past for my kiddo. normally pleased with appearance and taste. this time when I picked the drink up I questioned the worker as it the drink did not appear to be what I’m use to expecting. low quality produce? it was grayish and without fresh raspberry/white chocolate chunks and or whipped cream on top. things happen. the first girl insisted it was made correctly and I was surely mistaken. walked out to my car looked at the receipt and image presented on the beyond juice app and I couldn’t help but think think - paying $12.50 for a smoothie that I wasn’t happy with just wasn’t good enough. Re entered store asking for a manager as the first girl didn't seem to want to help whatsoever. manager on duty today (a blonde) immediately insisting again that I was wrong insisting that I was not only mistaking the drink but that I was also unclear of what building/company id purchased the drink from in the past. suggesting elsewhere. She didn’t ask me a thing and she and refused to make eye contact. Instead she chose to elevate her voice with an annoyed tone talking over me exclaiming that I had it wrong - the drink the store the whole thing. I reminded her she didn’t need to yell or get excited as this was nothing personal. the brunette with braces/bands reappeared and the two sort of stood their ground. not wanting to listen not asking or even considering how to make this right/ not offering remake the smoothie with possibly fresher ingredients.. nothing. they stood there looking at each other sort of laughing - like this customer has it entirely wrong he doesn’t know what he’s taking about or where he’s at for that matter. completely unprofessional very poor customer service and the product/smoothie far less quality from what I’ve ordered many times in the past. new ownership maybe? typically the girls are very helpful accommodating and when something doesn’t appear or taste right they’re quick to work to figure it out. upwards of $25 spent today (raspberry rizz with extras and beet drop raw juice) at beyond juice Clarkston and 100% let down then sort of mocked by these two. Dissatisfied disrespected paying really good money for low quality...
Read moreI am a frequent customer (couple times every week at least) because juice is life. And this place never disappoints at everything on the menu - that goes for all locations, in my experience, including E.Mrkt. It is my favorite establishment in B'ham and where I recommend new comers start with a snack.
Christmas Eve I was running last minute errands and remembered I didn't have my daily hot shots stored for the holiday so I impulsively turned into the Cole St. facility, not knowing the holiday hours. Though they were closed for an hour already the door was unlocked, to shake out the door mat I assume. I popped my head in, but the registers were closed so I offered cash. They refused to take the tip and insisted I take from the cooler anyway. It was kind beyond measure. Thank you so much for your generosity and helping keep me healthy on the holidays!!...
Read moreOrdered curb side, got there 15 minutes later, went inside 5 minutes after saying I was here. Order was on the pick up shelf. Asked the lady if curb side meant they bring it out, she said yes as I was grabbing my order. Food was cold. They were not busy. Changing from a 2 star to 1 after tasting my frozen lemonade with ginger... pretty sure they just grounded ginger up and that's it. Not drinkable. New Baltimore location definitely has me spoiled.
Response to reply: already did through...
