My husband went in and ordered 2 mocha cookie crumbles. He received 2 caramel machiatos, so he asked the "barista" to remake it. Idk what we received, but it was watered down and tasted and looked nothing like a MCC. So I went in and asked for a refund. The poor girl clearly didn't know what she was doing. So she asks this guy in the back how to do a refund. He tells me I have to go to Target's guest services, which makes no sense since I used the Starbucks app. But I asked if HE could make a MCC. He tells me that's what my caramel colored, chunked ice, flavorless "drink" is... I told him I've been drinking them for years and they have never looked or tasted like that. He asks if I want another remake (3rd remake now). I thought that maybe this guy knew what he was doing since it was the girl that made them before, and I really didn't want to deal with guest services, so I said yes. He handed me chocolate syrup with chunked ice and some whipped cream on top. I finally just go to guest services where they can't do anything about refunding my money (and why would they have anything to do with the Starbucks app anyway), so I had to settle for a $15 gift card. The whole process took about an hour. Do NOT go here, the workers are incompetent. The other person that said this is the worst Starbucks in the country...
Read moreSo disappointed for the second time with this Starbucks inside Target. Last week the young lady barely warmed up my croissant and sorta threw it to me. She tried to force a top on the overflowing drink until I said something. Today was another bad experience. No Croissant(not her fault) but I got the chocolate one instead. Again, not warmed up enough. I tried to order the same drink I LITERALLY ordered on Friday and she lied about them not making it anymore. I mentioned that I had just ordered it on Friday. She got snippy and made it but it wasn't correct. I told her(which took a lot for me) that it wasn't supposed to be warm. She rudely said "you didn't say ice. I never have said iced and have always gotten it the way I like it. Then she makes another one and I tell her how it's supposed to be BUT NOPE! Still wrong. This time I just took it and trashed it before I walked out of the door. I bought a offbrand Mocha from Target. So basically $10 wasted. I won't be going back to this Starbucks. Their workers need...

I politely notified the woman behind the register. She gave me a blank stare, and rudely asked if I wanted both of them remade. I said yes if you can. She then looked at me stupidly and said well can you throw them away, as if I’m supposed to know that. All in all, just a very rude employee.
