I'd like to preface that I I hate to give restaurants a negative review. People and places have their bad days, it is not fair to judge a place by a singular experience that is bad. Restaurants I also know are also finicky and a large quantity of people can cause problems. This local Culver's though has been consistent in how poor the service has been that I hope in writing this review changes can be made.
The service here is horrendous at two aspects in particular that being timing and correctness of the order. The timing price is also two fold, not only would I say it takes a long time to receive your order (I have waited 45 minutes twice for a drive through/mobile order), but if you get base food and custard in the same order the time in which they were prepared is off. Multiple times I have gotten melted custard with my order, and three times I have gotten melted custard and lukewarm food. This would indicate no great order to when items are prepared nor served. My guess is orders can take a long time for this reason as well. The correctness of the order is self explanatory, the items are consistently missing or incorrect (Given x when I expected y). Slow service that is quality, that being care is put into it is one thing, a fast service where there is mistakes is another. A slow service that is riddled with errors makes me question how things are being managed.
This review is not written with limited experience but is based on almost a years worth of negative experiences, which is why I also wanted to take the time to write this as it has not been improving in any way. You can additionally find other reviews with similar experiences. I love Culver's as a chain and have had no negative experiences until I started going to this one.
On a positive note the food there is good and every worker I have encountered is kind and apologetic.
I do hope that it improves but at this time can not...

My family have been loyal Culver's customers for years, however, our most recent experience has changed that.
I purchased a meal for our family from this restaurant location on 11/16/24. When we got home, we discovered one of our sandwiches was missing, a double sourdough patty melt. We called the location right away, but received no answer. We tried again a moment later and explained the issue to them. They said they would issue us a coupon to compensate for the missing item. The reason we went this route is because we live 20-25 minutes away, and we did not want to drive back in to town when everyone else already had their food. Obviously, if you live closer or don't mind making an additional trip, missing items from your order is less of an issue, although this isn't the first time experienced this, either.
We allowed over 6 weeks for this coupon to arrive in the mail but received nothing, so we called this store again on 12/30/24 to let them know nothing came in the mail. The manager took our address again and said that they would get the coupon to us this time. It is now two weeks later, 1/13/25 and we have still received nothing. At this point, we are very frustrated with the experience, repeatedly being assured of resolution to the problem and receiving none. We have reached out to corporate at this point, but the lack of follow through has been disappointing and...
Read moreI've been frequenting this place since it opened. The first 6 months or so were great. A good experience every time. Lately, that has changed.
I always order the exact same thing: A culvers deluxe double basket, no mayo. Very simple, 1 modification.
The last 3 times I have not gotten what I expected; the first time I was given a single instead of a double and it had mayo. I was annoyed and complained to my wife, but moved on; the second time the burgers were hard and seemed either burned or old, I couldn't tell which, but it was not tasty by any standards; and the 3rd time, the cashier rang in a double cheese add the works instead of what I asked for. I questioned if this was because of a price difference, and if it would be cheaper to have what i asked for. She said the deluxe double with no mayo would cost more. Okay, fine, ring it in however. When I got the sandwhich, I learned that it wasn't even the same item. I now had no lettuce or tomato, and added mustard. This is an entirely different sandwhich at this point.
I don't know if management or staff has dramatically changed in the last 3 or 4 months, but the quality has dived. Only reason this is not a 1 star review is because of the excellence for the first several visits...
