We had a very strange experience at Jet's. Placed my order and when it had not arrived almost a half hour after the estimated time, I called to check on it. The girl on the phone told me it had been delivered. I told her no, it had not (wouldn't I know if I had received pizzas?) and she immediately says yes, it was. I tried re-explaining that it definitely was not delivered and so she put me on hold to get her manager. I explain things to him and he asks me to describe my porch and tells me he'll call me back after he figures out what happened to my order. Twenty minutes go by and I've heard nothing, so I call back. He tells me that he had the delivery guy drive by my house again to confirm that he delivered to the right house and he says he did. Well, all I can say is that we definitely had no pizza...and my husband and kids had been out in the yard for sometime before and after it was due to arrive--pretty sure it was not immediately stolen off the porch or something! It's pretty impossible to believe that the delivery guy would confirm to his manager that he did deliver to our house, when he clearly had not--I fully expected him to realize that he had delivered to the wrong house, retrieve the pizza from the porch (which is where I had indicated they could leave it) and bring it over. Either he was very confused, or he kept the pizza for himself or his friends, which is my guess (I just don't believe anyone can be THAT confused--something doesn't add up). In the end, they did deliver a second (or should I say first) pizza, an hour and a half after the originally scheduled time. The manager was pleasant, but I have to wonder about the integrity of the delivery guys. Don't think I'll order from here again...
Read moreI was ordering from this Jet's once-twice a week. I would only order the cheesy bread (it's just me eating it for lunch) and have it delivered because I work alone at a retail shop nearby and I can't close.
After a short while I was eventually told that I had to meet a purchase minimum to have a delivery made. While I understand the economics of that, I asked them to understand that I am unable to close my store to pick up the food myself. They refused to make any exceptions. At one point I was told to eat somewhere else.
After subsequent attempts to order food, I was forced to order double the amount needed and throw it out just so that I could order. I haven't eaten there in almost a year because of this.
I gotta tell ya, there's a delivery guy there named "Kenny" who absolutely went beyond the normal customer service call of duty for this sort of thing. He made a special exception for my customer data in their system to allow me an exception on this rule so that next time I call in an order it won't be an issue.
Kenny without a doubt kept me as a customer. EVERY business needs more Kenny's working for their company! It would be a damned shame if the manager/general manager doesn't recognize him for his efforts.
Thanks, Scott...
Read moreNever experienced such terrible treatment from ANY restaurant ever! The management is of no help and always seems grouchy when you call them back to say your order has been messed up. Management should realize if they don't want us to call and complain, then they shouldn't make so many mistakes. Personally I can handle a few mistakes being made once in awhile, but when the mistakes are so frequent and management treats the customer so terribly then it's time to take my money elsewhere. I really hope Jet's Pizza HQ removes these terrible managers and returns to providing the amazing experience and pizza that is offered at their...
