Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bloomfield

If you want exceptional service and excellent coffee for around the same price, you need to go to Aharres in the foodtown! Dunkins service sucks! I've been going to the food town cafe for a while and the staff are sooooo sweet and nice and very professional! And the coffee is sooooooo freggin good! I've gone here to the Dunkin several times to give it a try. Unprofessional staff. I ordered a English muffin sandwich and waiting at least 5 min. And mentioned I didn't get my sandwich and then they decide to tell me it's frozen. They offered me a flatbread and said it was the same thing. lol funny Bc last I checked flatbread and English muffins are two different things that's why they are called different names. Think it's Bc she didn't want to do it. To top that off, there was another staff member that was talking about some inappropriate things in front of everyone and having a very loud and bad conversation...

I went for breakfast this morning; the drinks came out nice and fast, food service was very slow. It seemed like the manager Rose waited to make 5 orders at a time causing food orders to come out every 10 minutes maybe. There were a few students from Bloomfield College Soccer Team standing around, waiting for their food, when they finally received their food, I stepped forward to ask if that was my croissant which is was, because I asked for it lightly toasted and the back and edges were dark black. Rose the manager began fussing that I am not supposed to be standing here (where the college students just moved from) and agreed to make me another bagel while she instructed the gentleman who rang me up to rope off the area where I was standing. He proceed to pushed the rope along my leg in compliance to his manager. This place is getting out of hand, service...

Unfortunately the customer service with some of the young employees is horrible, I went there on Saturday 9/7/19 for a coffee and roll that I was unaware they no longer sold a DISRESPECTFUL boy by the name BJ was extremely rude and argumentative over the fact that I asked for a butter roll, he urged with me that they nerver sold rolls before and thought is was joke to argue with women old enough to be his mother. I did speak with the owner and he seemed to not really care, but did apologize for the situation and said he would speak to him about how to deal with Customers. I will write a letter to corporate on this Customers service issue and will never patronize Dunkin donuts affiliated with this owner. Buy the way I was told by the owner Dunkin donuts did have a French roll before BJ who only worked there for a year, get your facts right before arguing...
