Arcade is great! Me and my girlfriend even went ahead and bought the gold tier of the summer pass which includes unlimited games (most of them) along with a few other benefits such as 20% food there. That being said, the only issues that we have encountered was with the dining experience. We have eaten there a total of 3 times this summer already and the service has been more than lackluster every time we've gone. We ordered an appetizer once that came back cold, which had to be taken back to the kitchen to be reheated, after almost 1 hour of waiting (we were the only customers in the dining section at that time). The most recent time we went, not only did order take a long time, but it was also wrong. My girlfriend ordered a Blue raspberry Hot Wheels refresher drink (which is non-alcoholic) and we were met with a drink that appeared red. We had brushed it off as them accidentally giving us a different flavor, such as cherry or whatever they had listed. After taking a sip, the drink turns out to be ALCOHOLIC! We talked to the bartender who told us that the waiter had told them that she wanted a Cherry Backwards Lemonade. My only real issue with this whole scenario is that my girlfriend is pregnant, which if they would've ID'd her we would've brought up. The facility appears to have a recurrent issue of negligence and safety regarding their Dine-in section. I can't even describe the disdain I have for the dine-in experience. And at the end of the night, the waiter said that their discount service was down, so we had to pay for everything at full price, despite us literally paying for a card so that we would get a discount. The waiter stated "that's something we definitely need to fix" as the only reconciliation...
Read moreWe went this past Thursday, which is apparently 20 wings for $20 day. The waitress didn’t advise us of this. I ordered wings and so did one of our friends that was sitting at our table. The waitress asked if I wanted fries with my wings, I said yes. She asked the same of our friend that ordered wings as well, however; she asked him if he wanted garlic fries with a special sauce, she didn’t ask me, she assumed I wanted seasoned fries.
The first thing I noticed about the waitress was her hair, it looked like a hot mess. This should have been our first clue on what a poor waitress she is.
We had to ask several times for a straw. When she brought the straws she handed me one when she handed my boyfriend one, instead of walking around to do so she put her hand and arm in front of my face.
When the waitress brought our food to the table, she set the tray of food at the edge of the table and pushed items that were already on the table towards us. She didn’t use the stand the other waitresses were using to distribute the food to their customers. She had me and my friend pass the plates of food to the others that were at our table.
The food was okay, however; the fries could have been cooked longer. The friend that ordered wings, like I did, didn’t get as many as wings as I did.
We went because of a fundraiser for the youth football. I seriously doubt we...

I was excited to try the new Dave & Buster's location in Bloomington, IN, with my girlfriend the day before Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, our experience was a mixed bag.
The biggest issue was the service—it was abysmal. Our server forgot our drinks multiple times, even after assuring us she would bring them. One mistake is understandable, two isn’t great, but four times is just incomprehensible. To make matters worse, the silverware we received still had food on it, and we had to ask for a clean set.
On the positive side, the food itself was tasty, but the portion sizes felt a bit small for the price we paid. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not great value.
As for the arcade, it was mostly fun, but there were a surprising number of games out of order—probably around a quarter to a third of them, which seemed way too high. The working games were enjoyable, but they felt expensive expensive, averaging about $1.50–$2.50 per game. We managed to snag some classic Chinese finger traps with our winnings, so at least there’s that.
Overall, if I were to come back, I wouldn’t dine in again based on this experience. I might consider returning to the arcade, but only on occasion since it’s pricey. Hoping they improve service and game...
