Super cute shop. Tasty coffee and treats! We went for ice cream but was out so we got some other treats to try that were wonderful.

Only four stars because even though the staff member was pleasant and the food/coffee was yummy. There was an issue with mis labeling and I asked to get the correct item I wanted but was denied. To further explain there was a shelf to the left when you walked in of pre packaged chocolate treats. I saw a sign that said mint chocolate. Above the sign was a stack of square chocolates inside the bag. You would assume with it being above mint it would be mint. I spent basically $10 on this little bundle. I go one out to add to my coffee and took one to eat. I could tell the ones I bit into werent mint at all. I mentioned it to the cashier and they said sorry I think someone mislabeled it. Fixed it on the shelf but didn't offer anything in replacement of the mistake. I tried not to be bothered by it but its not like it was a $1 item I spent almost $10 bucks on the wrong item. So I asked if I could replace it with the correct one and they said no since I opened it... Which like I understand but that was the only reason why I knew it was wrong.... My friend spoke up for me (I have social anxiety so it was already hard enough to mention it twice so I was done) asked since it was mislabeled could I get something to rectify the issue and the cashier still said no.

So all this to stay make sure to check the pre packaged items to make sure you get what you are wanting. The chocolate is good but I wouldn't have bought it for that price for just plain ol dark chocolate.

I purchased a "custom" birthday cake from Blu Boy Chocolate this past weekend for a family member whom we were celebrating in Bloomington, IN. Ingredients and construct of the cake I ordered were suggested to me by the Blu Boy employee on the phone taking my order and it was expected to be made from fresh and high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, what Blu Boy sold us had a foul taste and awful consistency and was likely reconstituted from previously frozen products. When it was time to serve the birthday cake, each dinner guest could barely stand the first bite before putting their fork down and pushing the cake plate away. I couldn't even give the cake away as the taste was too offensive. I was forced to throw the cake in the garbage and wish I had bought a generic cake from Kroger or similar (would have been 1/5 the price and made with fresh dessert ingredients). I contacted Blu Boy twice shortly after the distasteful experience and the owners, Jeff and Judy, wouldn't even return my call. Needless to say, you should avoid purchasing cakes from Blu Boy...

All I can say is WOW!! I've had cupcakes from this bakery before that were 🔥🔥🔥 After enjoying a delicious lunch with one of my best friends I decided to stop in here and grab some of these delectable chocolates. It was very difficult to decide which ones to get as they have a lot of options. I went for the 10 chocolate gift box (though the gift is for me 😎). They are not cheap, but I really wanted to try these, particularly because they have such a unique choice flavors. They gave me a free chocolate since I had so much trouble deciding which chocolate to choose for the last one. Also, if you bring your box back in the next time they will give you a free chocolate. Meaning if I bring my box that holds 10 chocolates in and buy 10 more I will get 11.
