Bloomington Indiana Subways can sometimes be good and sometimes be bad, depending on who is working that day. Many of their employees just work to make a paycheck but some and only a few really do put their best in serving their customers the right way. What I mean by this, for example is listening to the customer and what they desire on their sandwiches without getting mad about it. I was at a subway on the Westside of Bloomington and I asked for tomatoes without end pieces. I don't like end pieces because it's to hard and makes the sandwich really nasty. So she gives me end pieces anyways and when I asked her to take it off she got very upset about it. Anther example is I didn't want my sandwich toasted, so he got upset because he had to redo it. This is what is bad service. Yes, people make mistakes, but the ones who work at subway and do a good job, owns up to their mistakes and tells you sorry. The ones who don't care will have a fit about it. This is my experience on subway. How...
Read moreMost Subway locations are owned by foreigners that have no idea how to speak English. They don't understand when you order from their menu. Now they don't offer roast beef sandwiches? I will never step foot in another Subway ever again! Obviously the corporate is like Jarrod and like to suck small d*s! Finally went back in 2021 and wont serve anyone without a mask on. Closed on Sundays due to short on staff? Its called hire people in order to comply to Subway standards. At least all the foreigner owned subways are open during regular business hours. I own a business and can't imagine telling my customers sorry about not being able to serve you cause I only want to pay...
Read moreMy youngest and I stopped in here for lunch today. The staff was friendly. That's the positive. The tables and floors were dirty. I have worked at Subway. I know what the measurements are and how you assemble and fold the sandwiches and wraps. If you ask for an extra portion of anything, their "double" is the same as a deluxe (so one regular portion and a half) and their wraps are sloppy. I was not satisfied with this visit. $20 dollars for a drink, a wrap and a footlong portion of ham only for the toddler which wasn't even a footlong portion. It was a six inch. We won't be going back here. I would suggest the one in Ellettsville next to the Hometown...
